Our host was very gracious and welcoming! And the views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking!!!We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including basic supplies and amenities… our group thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, foosball, and hot tub!!Could not recommend any higher!! Overall wonderful!!!

Perfect for big families or groups

Second stay at this property. It is perfect for our 3-generation family. Roomy with all the amenities we need. Owners/Hosts are very responsive. We will continue to book for all our Breckenridge vacations.

This is a wonderful house! The views are great, the furniture is comfortable and well maintained. Even the decorations and art are very nicely done. It was nice to have a tankless water heater and heated garage. The neighborhood is easy to get to and the driveway is level (good when it's covered in snow!). We will be back!

Beautiful home with incredible views of the mountains, ski slopes, and the town below. Very peaceful and relaxing. This home has everything you need. I am in a manual wheelchair and the main floor was easily accessible for me.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Breckenridge is a great town. Definitely our happy place.

Amazing house and trip

Went with my adult children and one teen and had an amazing time. House was set up well for our group and very clean, spacious, and warm. Bus stop was convenient, and the views were spectacular. Host checked in and responded to questions quickly. Would definitely go back.

Weekend Getaway!

We split up two work weeks on the road with a weekend in Breckenridge. Rather than our typical hotel we opted for the VRBO option and couldnt be more happy we did! What a beautiful home, with amazing views and easy and quick access to downtown. Our group is already looking forward to coming back in ski season!!!

I can’t rave enough about this place as well as its owners, Kathy and Dirk. As much as I can rave, I also find it hard to find the most accurate words to describe how spectacular our stay was. Kathy was so understanding and her response times were on point. With the house itself, I can’t brag and boast enough about the fact that we were able to stay here…some reviews don’t do it enough justice in my opinion but I’m here to tell you, you won’t regret your stay here. The views are otherworldly and had the best sunset I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I’ve already expressed to my husband that I would like to start planning our next stay here…& our friends immediately said they would gladly stay here with us because of how much they loved the property as well. Thank you again to the hosts for answering my numerous questions and for being so helpful and supportive. We can’t wait to make our way back soon.

This was a 10 out of 10 house which played a major part in us having a wonderful trip to Breckenridge. The views were spectacular! Everything was exactly as described. We loved the spacious layout of the house and the luxurious feel to it. Everything was in great condition and tastefully decorated. My kids especially enjoyed the pool table, foosball table, and we all loved the hot tub. The owner's communication was excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying at this home.

Friends trip to Breckenridge

I booked this house with some friends with the idea being to perfectly balance being reasonably remote, close to mountain hiking yet still close enough to town to be convenient for dinners and shopping. The house did not disappoint. It’s in a great location, it’s in excellent condition and the host was terrific. I have zero complaints.

Amazing

The place was fabulous. The views were more than fabulous. Great location. The house had everything we needed. A couple of little issues that were resolved immediately. Be sure to get a couple of cans of oxygen as this place is way up there. I would give 20 stars if I could. Thanks so much for our wonderful family reunion. Lots of love left and memories.

The house was clean. One of the room ceiling downstairs leaked and property manger showed up in half an hour and cleaned up.
