Carnac 2023

Lovely property in wonderful location with plenty of room for everyone, It was lovely to just hang out and enjoy the views, We were disappointed that some of the items listed weren't available ie Boat & kayaks as the children were very excited about using them, Property is in need of renovation but has lots of charecter, Delphine the host was very accommodating and helpful

Bonne adresse pour un sejour en famille.

Belle maison familiale, tres bien placée, pres des commerces et de la mer. Les prestations sont tres bonnes , peut etre prevoir des nappes pour l'extérieur.

Ideale pour grande famille en proximite de plage.Tres jolie vue sur l eau et ecole de voile.

Une semaine de vacances pour rassembler enfants et petits enfants en bord de mer et jardin. Seul petit bemol : la route passante du bord de mer a Carnac qui separe les maisons de la plage

Réunion familiale à 12 personnes

Superbe semaine passée dans cette grande maison très confortable, très bien équipée pour les grandes familles et à la situation idéale entre port, plages et centre ville avec tout accessible à pied. On vous la recommande et si l’occasion se présente on reviendra avec grand plaisir. Merci à Delphine pour son accueil et sa disponibilité dans les échanges.

Grande maison idéalement placée.

Nous sommes venus une semaine en famille, avec enfants et petits enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette grande maison, très bien équipée, spacieuse (nous étions pourtant 16 !). Nous étions idéalement placés pour profiter de la proximité de la mer et faire du paddle, du kayak, du vélo le long de la côte... Toute la famille garde un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et essaiera sans doute d'y revenir l'an prochain.

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine passée à Carnac au sein de cette maison. Nous étions 14 et nous avons eu de la place sans avoir à aucun moment l impression d être " les uns sur les autres". Le descriptif de l annonce correspond bien et l emplacement est vraiment parfait. La vaisselle est en grande quantité et il y a une grande quantité d accessoires de cuisine pour groupes. Le terrain est clos et sécurisé, parfait pour les enfants. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour!

Perfect position

Great house in the best location for the sailing club, we were a group of 11 sailors attending the RS400 Eurocup. House is in need of renovation, very tatty and a bit damp, but all facilities were there. Could do with more bathroom and toilets and the ones available updating. Generally a great experience.

La maison est vaste et confortable;l'environnement est magnifique;il faut éviter les périodes de grands vents car l'isolation est de l'âge de cette vieille dame.La literie n'est pas toujours confortable,c'est dommage car la maison est vraiment agréable et dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse.

Un excellent séjour.

Agréable maison familiale, merveilleusement bien située. Nous avons profiter de magnifiques levers du jour en prenant notre petit déjeuner. Pour les plus courageux, il vous suffit de traverser la rue pour faire un footing sur la plage. Pas de problèmes d'eau chaude , de chauffage et la cuisine rénovée est bien équipée. C'était notre 2ème séjour et il est probable que nous y retournerons l'année prochaine.

Maison de famille très bien placée

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée,bien placée avec une belle vue mer. Salles de bain refaites, chauffage neuf ... reste la literie à revoir mais c’est une vrai maison de famille où il fait bon passer des vacances entres amis ou en famille !

Très bon séjour familial

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette grande maison bien équipée et superbement placée. La vue du soleil levant sur la grande plage a été un émerveillement chaque matin, et cette proximité l'occasion de longues marches et ramassage de coquillages par les enfants. De plus, dans un rayon de 2km nous avions tous les commerces, donc facilement accessibles à pied, vélo ou trottinette. Nous y retournerons.

Vacances familiales de Toussaint très agréables (de 9 à 15 personnes)

Villa de début du siècle, remarquablement située, face à la mer, à proximité de tous les commerces et de plages abritées, sur une commune au patrimoine exceptionnel (mégalithes) et à l'urbanisme maîtrisé, dans une région magnifique (La Trinité sur Mer, Presqu'île de Quiberon, Auray...). Villa bien équipée qui manque toutefois d'un sèche-linge, voire d'une télévision pour les "addicts" (mais c'est aussi l'occasion d'une bonne cure, on l'a vérifié). Villa de famille très attachante, spacieuse, claire, dont la décoration datée et une partie de la literie , gagneront à être progressivement rénovés ou rafraichis. Propriétaires très agréables et attentifs. A recommander aux familles nombreuses, voire très nombreuses et à des groupes d'amis...

Fantastic Location

We had a lovely week in Carnac staying at this house. We were sailing from Carnac YC so the location was perfect. The House is very well equipped for large groups and has plenty of french rustic charm. The large garden and patio was lovely for eating al fresco.
