House Wood with heated pool in Seignosse

Cozy, comfortable wooden house with a heated pool and terrace, set in a fenced, landscaped garden (more photos coming soon).

Ideally located, our house is just a few kilometers from the ocean and the saltwater lake, 200 meters from the pine forest, with direct access to bike paths.

We live in a separate studio apartment, are discreet, and available should you need anything.

Little dogs are welcome

For added peace of mind, you can have a parking space with a charging station for your vehicle.

The accommodation: This 105 m² house is ideal for families or friends and features three bedrooms:

- One bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

- One bedroom with a double bed, a desk, and a large wardrobe.

- One bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a dresser with large drawers.

For your comfort, bed linen is provided.

- A large living room with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV stand, and a desk with Wi-Fi access.

Numerous activities nearby: surf schools, sailing schools, golf, forest walks (40 km of marked trails), equestrian centers with horseback riding, and cycle paths (bike rentals available in Tosse, Soorts, or Seignosse).

A shuttle bus runs daily between the village and the beaches.
Close to Hossegor and Capbreton, 40 km from Biarritz, and 60 km from Spain.

Très bien!

Une superbe propriété bien équipée, piscine au top alors qu’il a fait très chaud ! très bonne communication et accueil, bonne proximité des plages Seul bémol : une route très passante en août au bout du jardin et des coqs canards oies à proximité qui font du bruit mais les propriétaires n’y peuvent rien bien sûr…

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Elle est idéalement située sur Seignosse et dessert très bien toutes les communes avoisinantes. Maison chaleureuse et accueillante, très bien équipée nous ne manquions de rien. Les échanges se sont très bien passés avec Hélène, autant à notre arrivée qu à notre départ. Les proprietaires sont également facilement joignable si besoin et ont répondu très rapidement aux questions avant notre arrivée. Nous recommandons, encore merci. Très belle maison fonctionnelle

Belle maison agencée avec goût et avec tout le confort nécessaire. On s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Très propre. Muriel et Patrice sont accueillants ,discrets mais disponibles si besoin. La piscine est un vrai plus, les bois à proximité pour promener le chien est bien pratique. En bref très bon séjour !
