House in up and coming neighborhood has amazing bones. Owner is quite attentive and very responsive. The house held the basic necessities which is all our party of four needed for the 4-day stay, but some upgrades would be helpful especially if we had spent more time in the house. We had a couple of house issues upon arrival, but the Owner was super responsive and addressed items quickly. The dishwasher mold had to be addressed after our departure but hand washing dishes during our stay was sufficient. The downstairs shower is small and low ceiling but head is too high for short people. The xtra blankets were definitely helpful as nite temps were low during our stay. Parking was easy and right outside. Would stay here again!

House was beautiful! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, so everything was higher than normal, but this house was still reasonable compared to others. Location was great! Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the river. Very peaceful and not at all concerned with safety. The upstairs suite was huge! Tons of room and everything we needed.

Older, but beautiful house. Plenty of space for our group of four teen girls and two moms for a girls trip to the Bourbon and Beyond festival. Wonderful host who was very responsive and helpful! Cute area! Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location nice neighborhood

We were in town for a basketball event at Louisville expo center. This was an ideal location close to everything but away from the clutter. Host was great would stay here again.
