The 4-bedroom chalet is built in half-levels on a total surface of 140 m², ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the center (cinemas, shops), with private reserved parking.
The chalet is located in the hamlet of “Miolène” at an altitude of 1000m, starting point towards:
- the Portes du Soleil cable cars and chairlifts
- northern space
- snowshoeing trails
100 meters from the chalet, a shuttle stop allows you to reach the foot of the slopes in around 15 minutes.
Comfortable accommodation on 3 levels + garden access on the south side
Ground floor: Detached garage, utility room with washing machine and sink
Garden level: Entrance, dining room, living room with wood stove (wood provided), fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating
Level 1: 2 bedrooms (one with double bed - one with 2 single beds), shower room with heated towel rail and separate WC, heated floor heating
Level 2: 2 bedrooms with double bed and convectors, shower room with towel radiator and separate WC,
Facilities: TV, WIFI, radio, CD stereo, wood stove, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, optional linens.

En tout point parfait! De la communication avec les propriétaires, à l'accueil sur place, aux prestations haut de gamme du chalet et de ses équipements....rien à redire. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans une très belle maison où rien ne manque. Seule la station de transformation électrique située dans le voisinage a quelque peu atténué l'idylle sur le plan visuel et acoustique (mais on ne l'entendait pas lorsque les fenêtres étaient fermées). La maison elle-même est formidable, neuve et très propre, confortable et spacieuse à la fois. On pouvait communiquer facilement avec l'hôte, qui était toujours prêt à aider et à donner des informations.

Chalet ideal pour randonner en été

Situé à 5 min en voiture de La Chapelle d Abondance, le chalet est impeccable, confortable et très bien équipé, en mobilier comme en ustensiles de cuisine, il ne manque rien, c'est très appreciable. Decoration au goût du jour et bel agencement. Communication parfaite avec les propriétaires ainsi qu avec la personne qui nous a accueillis. L emplacement du chalet est idéal, entre Abondance (10 min de voiture) et La Chapelle (5 min), vue superbe sur les falaises d un côté et la forêt de l autre. Pour rayonner vers les sites de départ des sentiers, c'est idéal, et le chalet est dans lz nature. Nous avons tout apprécié lors de ce séjour, merci aux propriétaires!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce magnifique chalet. Habitués des locations saisonnières nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité des équipements mis à disposition. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le séjour est chaleureux et que dire des équipements pour cuisiner...rien ne manque. De plus Mr Schaub sera aux petits soins pour préparer votre séjour, de l’itinéraire aux horaires de bus, il ne laissera rien au hasard ! Merci encore ! Nous y retournerons certainement 😀

Super séjour

Très belles prestations pour ce chalet à la décoration moderne et soignée. Le logement est bien pensé et très pratique (accès par le garage, possibilité de faire sécher ses affaires de ski, nombreux rangements...). Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est excellente. Le plus les lits etaient faits à notre arrivée. Très pratique les places de parking devant le chalet ainsi que la navette en direction des pistes à proximité immédiate.
