Apartment of 105 m2, comfortable, ideally located in a quiet area, 2 metro stops from Old Lyon and 3 metro stations from the city center (Place Bellecour), near Fourviere, close to all shops and close a park with children's playground, 10 minutes walk from the edge of the Saone and Velo'v station 5 minutes.
It consists of four bedrooms (two double, two single), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a shower room, two TVs, sheets and towels provided

L'ospitalità è impeccabile, così come la disponibilità per il check in fatto di persona da Francis. La pulizia della casa è ottima così come la location che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. Strongly recommended! Excellent hospitality, the check-in is personally managed by Francis friendly but at the same time professionally. The house cleaning is excellent as is the location which is 5 minutes far from the subway. Strongly recommended!

Great place

Nice appartment. Good location with bakery, supermarkets and restaurants. With the metro it only takes 2 stops to the city center. Everything worked out just fine. We enjoyed our stay there.

A Great Place To Stay In A Real Neighborhood

This is a large, sunny apartment, fully equipped and in an excellent location a very short metro ride from downtown Lyon. We really enjoyed our stay -- trying out the local bistros and shops, sitting in the square sipping a drink, walking along the Saone. It is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood, but it feels like a village, with bakeries, grocery stores and food of various kinds are all available a few blocks away and families walking in the park. The apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised. But the best part was the owner -- Francis was a top-class host. He made himself available for check-in and check-out at our suggested times; he was on-site for small maintenance questions; he was generous with his advice and local orientation. And at the same time he fully respected our privace. I really cannot imagine how one could have a better host! Top ratings for this flat, and we hope to return in the future.

Schöne, große Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist ruhig, gut ausgestattet und hat einen geräumigen schönen Balkon. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell mit der Metro in der Altstadt und im Zentrum von Lyon. In der Nähe gibt es zwei Supermärkte und einen prima Bäcker. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Francis, er ist ein sehr netter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr gute Lage, Metro in Laufnähe, nur zwei Metrostationen bis in die Altstadt (Vieux Lyon). Die Fotos auf der Seite geben einen sehr realistischen Eindruck der Wohnung wieder. Wir hatten sonniges und warmes Wetter, so konnten wir auch die große Terrasse ebenfalls gut nutzen. Dann gibt es noch eine abschließbare Tiefgarage fürs Auto. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir können die Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Besitzer sind ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung sehr nahe an der U-Bahn ist ideal für das Kennenlernen der Stadt, trotzdem ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und großzügig, man fühlt sich wirklich " comme á la maison". Trotz der extremen Hitze haben wir eine wunderbare Woche in Lyon verbracht. Accueil très agréable de Francis et son épouse aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Appartement agréable, très propre, très bien équipé avec le souci des détails qui rendent la vie facile. Un grand merci à Francis et sa femme pour leur accueil. Avec l'aide de Francis pour m'aider à décharger la voiture et une petite attention très appréciée par ces journées de fortes chaleur une bouteille d'eau bien fraîche nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur. L'appartement est fonctionnel avec tous les équipements nécessaires et surtout très propre. Proche des commerces et des transports, c'est le lieu idéal pour découvrir Lyon. Grand et très confortable appartement

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement.le meilleur est sa largeur, parce que ses 4 chambres, son grand salon et une terrasse magnifique nous a permis de profiter de notre séjour avec un grand confort.La situation est excellente, dans un quartier calme mais avec tous les services à quelques minutes à pied. Et avec une station de métro que vous permettant de rejoindre le centre-ville en seulement deux arrêts, ce qui rend la voiture inutile. La place de parquing est également très utile, et peut garer une monospace. Et l'accueil par les propriétaires a était aussi magnifique!

Francis et sa femme nous ont très bien accueilli (envoi des indications pour accéder à l'appartement, aide avec les bagages et notre fils lors de l'arrivée). L'appartement est grand, lumineux et calme. Il est également proche des commerces, du métro et d'un parc avec des jeux pour enfants. Idéal pour un séjour en famille.
