House of 100 m2, including a large living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and 1 outdoor shower. South facing, located in a nice area in Hossegor close to the lake and close to beaches. Terraces at the front and at the back of the house with outdoor tables. The inner table is ideal for family tables. Very pleasant to live in any season.

Très bel emplacement au calme

Maison très agréable avec propriétaire attentionnée. Très pratique la douche (chaude!) a l’extérieur et le coin repas/barbecue à l’anti du soleil.

Emplacement et environnement parfaits!

La maison correspond exactement à la description faite. La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraichissement mais hormis cela, la maison est très agréable, lumineuse, de plain pied, avec un jardin dont on peu profiter et une pièce à vivre très conviviale. A 3 minutes à pied du lac et des baraques à huitres! Et une terrasse couverte parfaite pour les grandes tablées. Merci également aux hôtes disponibles et à l'écoute.
