Dommage !
Points positifs : l'emplacement, proche de toutes commodités, le premier étage et la vue sur le port ( pas trop haut pour les valises, mais quel plaisir de regarder l'activité du port !), les vitrages qui permettent, lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées, de ne rien entendre.
Points négatifs : l'appartement est à peine propre : état de la couette, vieux draps de lit, un énorme tas de couettes et autres sur l'armoire dans la chambre, en vrac, l'intérieur des tiroirs etc... Et il n'y a pas de salle de bain !!! nous n'aurions jamais réservé ce logement si nous l'avions su ! il faut absolument le préciser de manière claire sur l'annonce, car la douche dans la cuisine, c'est une surprise très désagréable quand on arrive !!!
La propriétaire est agréable et arrangeante, et répond très vite à toutes questions.
