Located 2km from the center of Belfort in the west, the cottage occupies the ground floor of an old farm in the old Essert.
Cool in summer, easy to heat in winter.
Entry independent of that of the owner

Fast access from the A36 motorway, fast lane from Lure, Héricourt.

The spacious living room has a TV corner, a dining area and a convertible single bed armchair.

Our cottage is located in the main street of the old Essert, near the Town Hall, primary school, church and laundry.
Donkeys and horses on the path of Tremblet 5 minutes walk from the cottage.
For the "running" all country roads are waiting for you and the "Coulée verte".
The EuroVelo 6 (Atlantic-Black Sea cycle lane) uses this Green Flow.
The hiking trail St Jacques de Compostela, hiking the forts, the GR5 (Holland-Mediterranean) pass in front of the cottage.

5 minutes by car to go shopping at supermarkets (open on Sunday morning) in Essert or Bavilliers, 2 villages with all amenities.
Bus 500 m from the cottage to get to the city.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in Essert, einem dörflichen Vorort von Belfort. Wir wurden sehr nett von Joelle empfangen, die uns alles Notwendige erklärte.Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen definitiv ausreichend und es sind sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Ausflugsziele in der Nähe.Allerdings sind im TV nur französische Sender zu empfangen und eine Couch wäre auch nicht verkehrt. Aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Erholsame Tage in Essert

Mit meiner Frau habe ich 6 Tage in der netten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und sie als Ausgangangspznkt für Ausflüge nach Belfort,Montbeliard,den Ballonde Alsace und die nähere Umgebung genutzt. Besonders der kleine Garten der Feriebwohnung hat uns sehr gur gefallen und sehr zur Erholung beigetragen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht gut deutsch . Wir werden gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen !

- Sehr freundliche Gastgeber - Ruhig obwohl die Wohnung an einer Durchgangsstraße liegt - Nur ein Sofa oder ähnliches würde die Wohnung abrunden - Leider nur französische Sender im SAT-Receiver eingespeichert, im Internetzeitalter aber auch kein Problem - Sehr gute WiFi-Anbindung (über 100 Mbit/s Down- und Upstream)

Un séjour au vert en toute quiétude

Nous avons pu bien profiter du gîte qui est très confortable et bien équipée. Idéal en couple avec un enfant en bas âge. Des jeux a côté de l école une boulangerie juste à cote de belles balades à faire a bien lavoir rivière avec des grenouilles des chevaux dernière le gîte... Le jardin du gîte est au top ombragée et très bucolique... On adore !!! Belfort facilement accessible en transport en commun avec bcp d activités et de sites remarquables a faire. Nous recommandons le musée de l auto et le zoo a Mulhouse !! Enfin le parc du malsaucy vaut le détour ...

Gite très agréable. L'accueil de Joëlle a été très cordial et le gîte était conforme à notre attente avec son jardin très fleuri. Nous avons aussi apprécié de trouver en arrivant des produits de base de cuisine et de quoi se faire un café ou un thé.

Sehr gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil mit traumhaftem Garten!

Die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoß eines alten, für die Gegend typischen Hauses wurde von der Besitzerin Joelle farbenfroh und mit viel Liebe zum Detail für moderne Ansprüche ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Kräftige, moderne Designs wechseln sich mit Versatzstücken aus vergangenen Zeiten ab - jedes davon ist ein Fotomotiv wert! Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes auch den kleinen Garten, in den man direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus gelangt, zum Frühstücken nutzen und uns nicht satt sehen an der Vielzahl an Blumen, Kräutern und Sträuchern, die dort in gepflegt-wilder Harmonie neben- und miteinander existieren. Der Grund unseres Aufenthaltes in Essert soll hier auch erwähnt werden: das jährlich zu Pfingsten stattfindende Musikfestival "FIMU" in der nahe gelegenen Stadt Belfort - zahlreiche Freiluft- und Indoor-Bühnen bieten frei zugängliche Konzerte von Klassik bis Straßenrap, von Bigband-Sounds bis Singer-Songwriter-Klängen, von Acapella-Ensembles bis Jazzformationen, von Kinderchören bis Klezmermusik ... Belfort ist von Essert aus gut öffentlich zu erreichen, die Umgebung bietet auch zahlreiche Erholungs- und Wandermöglichkeiten, in den Schubladen des Appartements finden sich Broschüren und Karten mit einschlägigen Tipps; Joelle ist auch sehr hilfreich, wenn es um die erste Orientierung in der Umgebung geht!

Un petit coin de paradis

Un gîte agréable, propre,frais par ce week-end caniculaire, au calme. Le jardin est un paradisiaque et Joëlle est une hôte attentionnée tout en étant discrète. Tout est là pour le confort des grands et petits (coloriages, BD, romans en toute langue). Bref,une adresse à conserver et à recommander !

Une adresse à conserver !

Nous avons passé 4 jours formidables "Chez Dimanche" avec nos petits-enfants de 3 et 4 ans, où nous avons été gentiment reçus par Madame MONER. Le gîte est très accueillant, fonctionnel, d'une propreté irréprochable et rien n'y manque, même les boissons fraîches pour les grands et les petits, bienvenues après la route ! Une attention que nous avons appréciée ! Tout est pensé pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Cerise sur le gâteau : un amour de jardin, plein de jolies fleurs et plantes et de petites "surprises" à découvrir pour ceux qui s'en donnent la peine : ici une grosse coccinelle, là un oiseau farfelu, un escargot rigolo, plus loin de jolis champignons précieux... et bien d'autres encore en cherchant bien ! De belles balades à faire à proximité immédiate : le lavoir et la rivière, la petite chapelle, le joli chemin de campagne... un peu plus loin, mais toujours à pied en suivant la coulée verte le long du canal, le parc de la Douce et ses jeux à Belfort et puis le bus qui nous a emmenés à l'étang des Forges, niché dans un magnifique écrin de verdure, toujours à Belfort. Même avec des petits, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre court séjour. Un grand merci pour ce séjour qui s'est si bien passé et dont on gardera toujours de beaux souvenirs.
