**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**

The townhome is two levels, with an open living room, kitchen and dining area on the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked for home-cooked meals with accompanying gas grill on the back deck. The living room sofa pulls out to a king-size bed to accommodate additional guests and there is a half bath and washer/dryer also located on the main level.

The two bedrooms, each with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, are upstairs. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and large walk-in closets that provide ample storage space. The front bedroom includes a small balcony overlooking the Deer Valley Pond providing an impressive mountain view. The second bedroom also includes a small bunk bed as well, so the room could be used to host multiple children or a young family. The attached one car garage will fit most small/medium SUV's -- It WILL NOT fit trucks or larger SUV'S's such as Suburbans! There is also no roadside overnight parking. Please pay attention to the parking situation prior to booking.
The finishing touch to this excellent townhome is the hot tub on the secluded back deck that is perfect for relaxing in after a long day skiing at your preferred resort!

**GETTING AROUND**
The free Park City Bus service has a bus stop a few steps away from the front of the property so getting anywhere around town is incredibly convenient.
