Great place for fun and quiet days. Equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, induction hob, fridge and washing machine. Very nice and clean pool. Very nice and helpful hostess Frederique who speaks excellent English. Supermarket just a stone's throw away. Restaurants can be found sufficiently on Google Maps. Would go here again!!! Frederique thanks! Super endroit pour des journées agréables et tranquilles. Entièrement équipé, climatisation, plaques à induction, réfrigérateur et lave-linge. Piscine très agréable et propre. Frédérique, hôtesse très gentille et serviable, qui parle un anglais excellent. Supermarché à deux pas. Beaucoup de restaurants à trouver via Google Maps. J'y retournerais sans hésiter !!! Merci Frédérique !

Séjour d'automne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte très agréable, calme et bien situé . Accueil des propriétaires très sympathique. Nous les remercions particulièrement d'avoir gardé un après-midi notre chien le temps de visiter le château de Fontainebleau. Seul bémol est le couchage. le canapé non convertible avec un futon est particulier et ne peut être remis en canapé en journée. L'hôte nous a informé d'un prochain changement en 1 canapé et 1 lit. Nous recommanderons ce studio.

Bonjour Effectivement il s'agit d'un canapé lit convertible avec un matelas supplémentaire. Ce n'est néanmoins pas un "futon". Comme annoncé nous avons décidé de mettre un lit 160x200 pour plus de confort. Nous vous remercions de votre confiance

Havre de paix en pleine nature

Tres bon emplacement au calme

Gite bien situé pour visiter les chateaux ou effectuer des randonnées en foret de fontainebleau l'équipement est moderne le seul point qui est un peut etre défaillant c'est la literie car il s'agit d un canapé lit d'angle.L'accueil est sympathique et les engagements tenus

Vous évoquez un point défaillant concernant la literie... en effet il s'agit d'un canapé d'angle transformable en lit 140×190. Le logement est disponible sur plusieurs sites depuis maintenant 2 ans. A ce jour vous êtes le seul vacancier à nous signaler un problème de literie. Pour vos prochaines réservations, lire attentivement la description du logement pour que celui ci soit équipé d'un vrai lit. Bien cordialement Frédérique

Very clean. Lovely place, near to the boulderspots. Communication in english is possible and good.

Lovely place. The houseowner is a very nice and relaxed person. The communication in english is no problem. The boulderplace rocher canon (with family circuit) is very near, 5mins with car.

Un petit coin charmant, verdoyant et calme

Nous avons passé quatre excellentes journées. A notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire, très sympathique, qui nous très bien présenté le logement et nous a donné quelques informations sur les visites alentours. Le cadre est très joli, au calme, avec un immense jardin à notre disposition. Grande pelouse, petite piscine, auvent avec fauteuils, terrasse avec sièges inclinables, salons de jardin : que du bonheur pour le farniente. Le logement présente tous les éléments de confort souhaités. Nous sommes très satisfaits de la prestation, surtout pour le tarif demandé.

Très belles prestations

Très agréable séjour dans ce logement parfait en tous points et proche des sites de Fontainebleau et sa forêt, Barbizon...De très belles prestations sont proposées : du logement décoré avec soin qui vous transporte en voyage, au jardin tout aussi exotique ajoutez à cela un accueil des plus agréables... bref une location à recommander absolument ! J'y retournerais avec plaisir d'autant que le tarif me semble tout à fait raisonnable

Super!

Un séjour très agréable et au calme. Très sympathiques et discrets, Fréderique et son mari sont de bon conseil que l'on soit balades en forêt, sorties culturelles, bons petits restos ou autre, et il y a de quoi faire! Le logement est propre, spacieux et confortable, et l'on peut profiter de la terrasse et du jardin qui sont très bien entretenus et aménagés. Nous comptons y retourner quand nous reviendrons dans la région. A la prochaine.

An apartment full of character

The room we slept in was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. Frédérique, our landlord, and her husband were friendly and helpful. We would definitly recommend this apartment to active couples who like to hike in the beautiful forest of Fontainebleau because there is no bed but a couch combination which, with a little effort, can be made into a bed. Beside that we also visited the Parc Astérix (1h 30), the artists village Barbizon (15 min) and the medieval city Provins (1h), which we also would recommend to everyone going on vacation in this area.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé quelques jours chez Frederique qui est une personne d'une très grande gentillesse avec un sens de l'accueil comme on en trouve peu. Le studio est parfait et est entouré d'un jardin dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis dans un havre de paix. Un grand merci !
