Wir möchten die außergewöhnliche, sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone von Perpignan eigentlich nicht mehr verlassen wollen.
Eine, bestimmt nicht für Feriengäste, durch und durch designte Wohnung mit einer Kochinsel von geschätzt 6m², Glasarbeitsfläche, hochwertige Einbaugeräte und dann die Schränke auch noch in Schleifflack.
Sich für Kunst interessierende Gäste werden die durchgehend originalen Bilder an den Wänden begeistern. Ebenso Lampen (z.B. Artemide), Regale und Sitzmöbel.
Für 2 Personen war die Wohnung mehr als großzügig mit Schlafzimmern und Bädern ausgestattet. Eine große Terrasse und ein überdachter Gang im Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten sind ausgesprochen zweckmäßig für wechselnde Wetterverhältnisse.
Ein PKW-Stellplatz und ein Fahrstuhl ist im Haus vorhanden.
Die Vermieterin ist super nett und mehr als hilfsbereit. Ein Reifen unseres PKW ist in einen Nagel gefahren, war morgens platt und auf Nachfrage nach einer eventuell bekannten Werkstatt, hat sie uns auch schon abgeholt und mit dem defekten Rad gleich dahin gefahren.

Das Objekt liegt zentral in der Altstadt und ist sehr ruhig. Alles ist zu Fuss in Kürze erreichbar. Parkplatz verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und gemütlich.
Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Viele Stufen. Schade, war das Wetter nicht gut, denn es gibt eine schöne Terrasse.
Visited Perpingnan for a rugby weekend. Had a lovely stay, the apartment has everything you would need and some extras. The main bedroom has an amazing rainfall showerhead!
The apartment is right in the old town which is a lovely spot and only 20 mins walk from the train station.
We were shown around the property by the owners daughter who was very helpful and gave us recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants etc.
Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Perpignan.
