Includes living room, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Pocket sliders from living room and dinette open to a large screened lanai offering beautiful golf course and pond views. This gated golf course community has a lot to offer with it's 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring a dance floor and stage, and newly renovated dining room and lounge. Also available are heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, new bocce and shuffleboard courts, card rooms, library and billiards room. The golf course has 5 sets of tees, a practice range with putting green and chipping area. Check out the Herons Glen website at hggcc.com. Herons Glen is conveniently located midway between Fort Myers and Punta Gorda with plenty of shopping and dining options available. No pets. This home must be rented for no less than 30 days.
