Well stocked, even with snacks and toothbrushes and toothpaste. Comfy beds, nicely remodeled. Lazy G Brewhouse just across the street. The nest that controlled the AC was hard to figure out, but the host responded quickly with a video on how to use it.

This is a comfortably appointed condo on the second floor of the building with parking close to the unit. The condo is near the town square, Whiskey Row, with many things to see and do nearby. The beds and couch are comfortable. There is good space to sit and talk. The kitchen has needed cookware and basic spices for meal preparation. The hosts provided timely and accurate information. It is a lovely condo. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown and loved being across the street from Lazy G. The fireplace was cozy on a cold night. It was a nice relaxing visit to Prescott!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this 2 bed/2 bath condo. It is spacious with lots of light, very comfortable beds (VERY!!!) and with plenty of room to relax, cook, eat, and decompress. We were impressed with the response time when we had a question about setting the a/c when we arrived. Everything was taken care of within minutes. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Parking was convenient. The decor of the condo is tasteful and comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels and comfortable bedding, plenty of games for the kids, TV's worked great and wifi was easy. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful, clean, quiet

We loved this property! Updated and lovely. Quiet neighbors. Loved sitting on the porch in the mornings with coffee and watching the various birds come to the neighbor’s feeder. And it is only walking distance to a great restaurant/brewery!

Pleasant in Prescott

This was the second time we've stayed at the condo for a week and loved it as much as the first visit! Very clean and comfy accommodations plus the new glass shower doors in both bathrooms are a nice upgrade. We prepared a few dinners here using the quality cookware & had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying here again!
