Summit Lake is a beautiful spring-fed lake known for it's quiet morning fishing, afternoon water play and close proximity to Olympia. This lakefront home lets you enjoy it all! Also, a great spot to take a break from your current "work from home" setting! Water views from every room. Fully furnished with all the kitchen essentials, sleeps 8. 3 bathrooms, television/wi-fi and foosball/games should you tire of exploring and all those water activities! Ready for water play? Bring your boat and moor to the floating dock or just enjoy the 4 kayaks provided and maybe drop in a line. Sunny mornings on the decks and dock can't be beat. This is a beautiful spot year-round and a great home-base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula, Ocean Beaches, Olympia, Seattle and our beautiful National Parks.

Kayaking and power boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.

We are Olympia locals and live only 20 minutes from our lake home! The lake has been a great spot for our family to enjoy the beautiful area and still be close to town, work and school! Less time these days so hoping to share it with others!

Why they chose this property
This property is about location! Close to town, morning sun, private and what's not to love about a beautiful lake! We were able to build a comfortable home and feel lucky to have it!
What makes this property unique
This is a great floor plan for 2 couples/families. Primary King Bedroom top floor. Kitchen/living main floor and second Queen Bedroom in the lower level with bunk room. Bathroom and View every floor!
