The Savinien loft is a magnificent apartment located in the heart of an old textile factory. Completely renovated and revamped, it is a resolutely contemporary space. Everything is provided for maximum comfort: a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a terrace to enjoy the sun and the barbecues. A parking space completes this magnificent set. Ideally located in the town of Sainte-Savine, 2 km from the historic center of Troyes, in a quiet location, this accommodation offers all the amenities of the city as if you were in the countryside. The "Voie Verte des Viennes" is a 3-minute walk from the loft. This entirely pedestrian route will take you to Troyes. It allows you to cross Sainte-Savine while discovering the flora as well as some green areas of the city. Ideal for walks and jogging!

Very nice property, quiet and cozy, excellent host
We enjoyed our stay in Troyes. The apartment worked well for a group of five. It's quiet and and very comfortable. The host was easy to work with and helped us out with an early check-in. The layout of the apartment is a bit different as the shower is upstairs and the toilet is downstairs.
