Beautiful & Spacious!


A Fabulous Getaway for multiple or single families located near family-friendly, Bethany Beach! Our home is very clean, spacious, wonderfully decorated and includes use of our community pool. You'll have use of 4 bedrooms that includes TWO MASTER SUITES with private bathrooms and two other bedrooms with bunk beds and a third set of bunks in the lower level master suite. Very large eat-in kitchen with center island, two family rooms, dining room and a deck with nice patio set that seats 6. You will enjoy all the amenities of home; as well as some wonderful, exciting family activities! JUST GETAWAY! Easy, convenient drive or bike ride(bikes included!) to the beach, golf courses, dining, shopping, outlets and everything else!!
Although we periodically make exceptions, our rental periods are primarily Saturday-Saturday with 4PM check-in and 9:30AM check-out times.

Very nice beach rental

Great for two young families

Booked the townhouse for a beach week with two young families and the space was perfect. Nice big common area for the kids to play in, with separate upstairs and downstairs suites when we needed alone times. Close to beaches and boardwalks and playground and fun. Would love to book again!

The house was clean and spacious. Kids appreciated having a pool in the same complex. The owner was responsive and was always available to answer our questions and check in on our stay. We had a great time and highly recommend the space.

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay however the place could definetely use some upgraded cookware and we were disappointed that there was no grill or outdoor umbrella on the deck. Overall the place was clean and comfortable and the pool was nice. Great location close to Bethany Beach and boardwalk area.

Wonderful week in Ocean View

The home is perfect for multiple families. We had 10 people and never felt we were in each others way. Home is decorated in bright beachy colors. Great location for beach, shopping and dining. The younger ones enjoyed the pool and being able to ride bikes.

Great space, plenty of room to spread out!

We were happy with the property the minute we walked in. The first floor suite was perfect for our college-aged girls and the third floor bedrooms were great for the adults. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was extra-responsive when there was a problem with our refrigerator--he went the extra mile to fix asap. We will definitely stay again!

Simple and clean family property

The house was very clean. Could use some updating or styling, but was wonderful regardless. The top floor was a little warm when we first got there but the weather cooled down and helped keep the top floor comfortable. I’d suggest maybe trading in one of the bunk beds for a full size bed. If we go to Bethany again, I would stay in the house again. J was very nice and responsive to my messages.

Great stay

The house and location are great! The house has a great set up and was wonderful for adults and children. Everyone could have there own space and come together having two living rooms was awesome so the kids could play games and talk and the adults could do the same. The owners were wonderful to work with and communicated with us in every step of the process. We loved that there were bikes there the kids loved riding in the circle in front of the house and the pool was very close and convenient. The neighborhood was great. The house had everything we were looking for and more, it was clean and set up well for us to enjoy our vacation. We booked this house for a dance competition that took place in Ocean city,MD, which is about 20 min away but a very easy drive. Bethany beach was only a short drive and easy to get to from the house. Everything you need grocery store and pharmacy plus some are just a few minutes away. Very convenient location. We loved our stay here and if we ever go back would definitely stay here again!

Bethany Beach Vacay

The location of the unit and having the pool were nice.. it was fun riding bikes.. i hate to write negative reviews but the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the unit were really not so good. The unit needs to have a though cleaning and updating(dirty carpets, rugs and furniture, . outside needs power wash and weeding) The other units in the complex were landscaped nicely and looked like they were better cared for. Maybe they weren't rentals. The owners seemed very nice and responsive during rental process and when we reached out to them about leaky faucet and TV not working. Overall, we liked bethany beach.. good restaurants, beautiful beaches and lots to do and explore.

Nice place!

Very big and spacious for our family. Looks better in person then the pictures posted! Alot of room for all the kids to have space to play. The pool was very clean and good size! The host was very responsive and checked in and resolved some issues we had promptly. Definitely a good place for a big group.

Hidden Oasis

We stayed at Jay's place in midst of a pandemic (July 2020) and we were very satisfied with our stay. This home was very clean and Jay was very responsive to all of our questions. The house is an end unit, three-level townhome in a very very quiet community. It is close to everything. We were a 5 to 10 minute drive from Bethany Beach, restaurants and grocery stores. This place is perfect for a two-family vacation. The first floor contained a large bedroom fitted with a queen size bed, twin size bunk beds, a couch with TV (Tube) and a four-piece bathroom. This level is perfect for a family with small children. On the second level, there were two separate living rooms (one with a TV), a kitchen and a large table for six plus two bar stools at the counter and a half bath. On the top level, there were three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each contained twin-sized bunk beds and shared the full bathroom in the hall. The third bedroom had a queen bed and a three-piece bathroom. In the garage, we found 5 bikes, several boogie boards, an infant pool, and a basket full of sand toys. The community pool was a nice size and ranged from 3 to 5 feet. Due to Covid-19, the pool is restricted to 15 people and the bathrooms were closed. However, the home is not far from the pool, so walking back to the home to use the bathroom was not a problem. Our children enjoyed the pool a lot.
