Large living room of 40 m2 with fireplace, fully equipped American kitchen with polished concrete bar. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and large closet, the other upstairs with 2 single beds and dressing room). The upstairs bedroom has a terrace facing the sea of 20 m2 south / west. Bathroom with Italian shower. Separate WC. Summer shower with hot water and WC in the ground floor room. Small private garden under the laurels with table and garden chairs. TV and Wifi. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Private parking space.
