Superb duplex apartment of 75 m2 completely renovated with high-end services. Exceptional sea view on the first line on large picture window with south / west terrace on the beach. Large living room of 40 m2 with fireplace, fully equipped American kitchen with polished concrete bar. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and large closet, the other upstairs with 2 single beds and dressing room). The upstairs bedroom has a terrace facing the sea of 20 m2 south / west. Bathroom with Italian shower. Separate WC. Summer shower with hot water and WC in the ground floor room. Small private garden under the laurels with table and garden chairs. TV and Wifi. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Private parking space. Closed room to put bikes / windsurf / paddle if necessary. Wood reserve. Linens provided. Towels and bath towels not provided.

Einzigartige Aussicht

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der wirklich schönen und toll ausgestatteter Wohnung.Die Lage ist wirklich schön. Auto ist wirklich von Nöten.Morgens zum Bäcker ist zu Fuß machbar.Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Séjour très agréable , vue magnifique sur la mer, l appartement est très bien équipé, confortable et soigné. La propriétaire très sympathique et très arrangeante . Il faut juste précisé qu il faut 40 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le port de Sanary Les commerces type tabac boulangerie et supérette sont a 20 minutes à pied . La plage de galet et rochers est au pied de l appartement elle est non fumeur et les jeux de balle ne sont pas autorisés, elle est idéale pour se reposer , nager , et pour départ de canoë ou padel . Nous étions 4 adultes et cet environnement nous a vraiment convenu

Wundervolle Ferien in Sanary

Die Anzeige entspricht dem Objekt in jeder Weise. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Herausragend ist der wundervolle Blick, den man vom Balkon aus auf das Meer hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit angenehm und freundlich. Besser kann man das nicht machen. Check in und out waren prima organisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

In sehr schöner, ruhiger Lage - ganz nah an einem kleinen Strand. Wir haben vor allem den Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen genossen. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit unserem Kajak konnten wir praktisch direkt vor dem Haus lospaddeln, man muss zum Strand lediglich eine kleine Straße überqueren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

toller Herbsturlaub mit super Meerblick

Direkt an einer kleinen Bucht, ruhig gelegen um diese Jahreszeit. Ein schöner großzügiger Wohn- und Eßraum mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Dank Heizung und Kamin war es auch im Herbst gemütlich. Sehr viel Schrank- und Stauraum, das Bett wie in Frankreich üblich etwas schmaler, die Dusche im Bad könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Besitzern per Mail oder Telefon und freundliche Organisation vor Ort durch Graziella.

A wonderful week at the beach

I stayed at the apartment for a week in October with my mother and two children. The apartment had everything we needed (and more) for a perfect vacation. Not only is it a beautifully decorated and well-outfitted place, the views of the sea were extraordinary. Each day we watched the sunset from the balcony. We enjoyed our time at the apartment together as much as our time exploring Sanary and the region. We hope to be able return again. Thank you Anie!

wunderschöne Aussicht aus gemütlicher Wohnung

Die Wohnung war tip top sauber, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet eine unfassbar tolle Aussicht! Wir können Sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Fotos auf fewodirekt sind nicht so gut gemacht. In Wirklichkeit ist es viel schöner dort. Vielen Dank auch an die Besitzerin der Wohnung im EG. Sie hat sich bei allen Fragen liebevoll um uns gekümmert.

Top Appartement mit einmaligem Blick

Das Appartement bietet einen sensationellen Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Nur eine schmale Straße liegt zwischen der kleinen Bucht und dem Anwesen, wodurch der Strand beinahe wie die räumliche Erweiterung des Grundstücks wirkt. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine gut und hochwertig ausgestattete Küche. Wir können es auf jeden Fall bestens empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick

Gute und liebevolle, ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die sich durch ihren tollen Blick aufs Meer hervorhebt. Direkte Lage an einem kleinen Steinstrand , nur durch eine nicht vielbefahrene Straße, getrennt. Zum Schnorchel einfach genial. Allein der morgendliche Blick durch die Panoramafenster ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Wir haben hier eine tolle Zeit in Sanary-sur-mer verbracht und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Traumurlaub mit Luxusausblick

Das ist wirklich eine tolle Wohnung. Optimal für Eltern mit 2 Kindern. Ausblick, Klimaanlage, etc. Alles top. Ein direkter Zugang zum Kiesstrand ist super. Abends nochmal kurz ins Meer. Der kleine Ort Sanary in der Nähe ist wirklich wunderbar. Viele kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants, Märkte. Ausflüge in die Umgebung sollte man planen. Dieser Urlaub war ein Traum.

An extraordinary appartment with an awesome view of the sea

The appartment is spacious and charming furnished with well equipped kitchen where you can cook very fine. Everything was very comfortable for 3 persons.There are two balconies with such an amazing view of the sea, that you cannot stop sitting there and enjoying the view. You only have to cross a small road with little traffic and find there a small lovely beach (stones). The water quality is fantastic! We are very grateful for the wonderful and relaxing time we could spend in Sanary sur Mer and enjoyed our stay in this amazing and cosy appartment very much. Astrid, Leonhard and Elena
