Gorgeous Designer Home Near Forsyth Park by Lucky Savannah

In true Savannah fashion, the first level starts a half flight of stairs from the street. Enter into the foyer, adorned with the owner's collection of antiques and fine China. The dining room is just off the foyer and sits up to six guests. The kitchen sits just off of the dining room and has all the essentials. Towards the back of the home you'll find the bright and well-decorated living area. A plush sofa anchors the room with plenty of places to sit and sip! Guests can access their favorite streaming channels on the flat screen TV, or enjoy basic cable channels. A half bath is just off the living room.

Upstairs, three more beds and a full bath. The daybed is in a private nook at the top of the stairs, with the first bedroom just around the corner. This bedroom features a Queen bed and a beautiful collection of the owner's private art. Guests also have the convenience of a flat screen TV mounted across the bed. Unpack your suitcase in the antique chest of drawers and enjoy crawling into the hotel-grade linens at the end of a long day.

Next door, the second bedroom with King size bed and a walk-in closet. The full bath - shared by both bedrooms - is at the end of the hall. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a wide vanity making getting ready a breeze. Guests are also able to enjoy the private courtyard, shared with the garden-level tenants.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Great rental spot for a girls weekend

Perfect location, great apartment with all the space and amenities needed for a perfect weekend. Beds were comfy, the apartment was clean and the location was so easy to walk to almost everything we wanted to do.

Historic Savannah “Lucky” Stay

20 min. Walk to River Street. Beautiful walks through Forsyth park located at the corner of this property. We were barely in the townhouse during our trip, but the accommodations and location cannot be beat!

Very impressed with cleanliness, furnishings, and overall experience. Easy check in/out. The decor made it feel like we were staying in a classic Savannah apartment. Stairway to heaven!!

This place is so beautiful! My mom, sister and I really enjoyed this place. It had everything we needed for our stay. There are quite a few stairs to get to the unit, but we really didn’t mind that at all for such a nice place. Super close to Forsyth park and all my favorite spots in Savannah!

The furniture was comfortable and the air conditioning in all of the rooms was wonderful. The only problem was getting into the house. More specific instructions were needed and we were sent the wrong code for the lock box. However, the phone number provided did get us a person to come within 5-10 minutes to help us.

Great place

Location is wonderful, unit itself is very pleasant, two big bedrooms and one tiny one, be careful with all the stairs (can be tough tor people with knee issues), the front key lockbox can be a bit tricky to open and there is just one key. Well stocked with tea and snacks. Trash bins/dumpster behind the building. Monterey Square and the Mercer House are right there. Forsyth Park also super close. Walk on Jones St. It is worth it! Highly recommend Repeal 33 for dinner. Maybe woulf be good to provide 2 large clear umbrellas to use. Also some bathroom soap. Easy to get to River St. Overall this place was great...beautiful, safe, convenient!!

Incorrectly Advertised

Listed as a 3/2. The “third bedroom” is a small office at best with a small uncomfortable daybed. The reason we wanted a 3/2 was to put our 2 year old in a crib in his own room, where he sleeps best. (We already had a 5 month old in her own crib in our room)Standard size Crib (foldable) did not fit in this room and he had to sleep in the master joined closet to second bedroom. He heard the baby all night and kept us and mother in law up all night! Not a great experience. Be warned, it is a solid 2/2.5 bedroom.

Even a great little area down below to enjoy your coffee, tea, water or whatever floats your boat! Enjoy!!
