Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the excellent location near Forsyth Park and found parking easy throughout your stay. That said, we’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with cleanliness details and, most importantly, the upstairs humidity and HVAC performance. We understand how uncomfortable it must have been to deal with warm, damp conditions and how that impacted your ability to rest comfortably. We also appreciate you bringing this to our attention during your stay and regret that a satisfactory resolution was not possible at the time. Your comments regarding maintenance, air circulation, and overall comfort are important, and we will be sharing them with our team and the property owner for further evaluation. Feedback like yours helps highlight areas where improvements are needed, especially in older homes where climate control can sometimes be challenging. We truly appreciate you choosing Lucky Savannah and are sorry your experience did not meet expectations. Thank you again for your honest review. The Lucky Team
