Tucked away on a secluded lane in the gorgeous Peak 7 neighborhood, this home is only a 5-minute drive from the slopes and a 10-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. Lil’ Heaven on Peak 7 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that’s ideal for families or groups of up to eight. You can even bring Fido to this mountain retreat! You’ll definitely feel like you’re in the Rocky Mountains with the wood-burning fireplace, large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area, and the easy access to the extensive local trail system that’s perfect for hiking/snowshoeing and mountain biking. Recent updates include new floors and bathrooms!

Inside, the living area is cozy and comfortable with high ceilings and a flat-screen TV. There's a beautiful porch where you can enjoy the pines with a gas grill for barbecuing and an outdoor dining table. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and everything you need to whip up a great meal to keep the troops fed for long days exploring the mountains. The dining room/den is a great place to enjoy a meal or play some cards, with room for six at the dining table and three more at the counter.

There’s complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home and parking for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was a great ski lodge for our family of 4 and our dog. It was a short 5 minute drive on a dirt road to the peak 7 lifts and gondola. There was no public transportation so we needed to be dropped off or pay for parking. The rental had a good amount of supplies to get us through the week. There were even some amenities for our dog and plenty of room to take him for a walk. The driveway had become very narrow by March from all of the snow and it was a little difficult to get in and out. 4 wheel drive was definitely needed. Furniture was comfortable and great natural light throughout.

5 days in the mountains

Cute cabin in the woods right on the way up to one of the peaks of Breck. Incredible views, minutes from Main Street in Breck and great bars, restaurants and shopping. If you don’t want to ski, there’s several Nordic/snowshoe trails within a few minute drive of the house. Highly recommend. Great showers too so you can unwind after a long day of activities in the snow. My family and I had a wonderful vacation!

Labor Day Weekend

Great little cabin! Convenient to town and Peaks 7 & 8, as well as hiking trailheads. Primary bed mattress could use an upgrade as well as more comfortable seating outdoors. Suited our needs and was mostly clean with exception of the coffee maker. Overall, would stay again.
