Spring Haven offers all these things plus chic mountain décor and plenty of extra amenities to provide a true mountain vacation experience. Spring Haven is a unique 2-bedroom + lofted suite, 2-bathroom private home that comfortably accommodates up to six people. It’s the perfect place to bring the family or two families to experience life in the mountains. Located just 10 minutes from Downtown Breckenridge and the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, this stylish home in the woods is located in Blue River where you can immerse yourself in the serenity of the woods, but you’re close enough to hit the town for a delicious dinner and drinks or a great day of skiing.

The living area is spacious with vaulted ceilings, exposed timber trusses, and a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace and comfortable couches for relaxing while you enjoy the views through the large windows. There’s also a flat-screen TV for watching a movie or the morning snow report. The attached dining room has a nice dining room table with enough room for six people and there’s room for three more at the kitchen counter.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a memorable meal for everyone in your group. There’s a stainless-steel stove and plenty of counter space so your resident chef can spread out while cooking their famous dish. Just off the living area is the porch that allows you to enjoy the beautiful setting of this home. There’s also a gas grill on the porch so you can barbeque after a long day exploring the Rocky Mountains.

Other amenities of this beautiful home include a 1-car garage with room for 2 additional cars in the driveway along with a washer/dryer. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card upon check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter months.
- Parking: 1-car garage and 2 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
- Pet Fee: $50 per night per pet. 2 dog max.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent house in a great location just outside of Breckenridge. Beautiful timber beam construction with 3 levels. Very clean/well maintained. Master bath shower water pressure very low and hard to control water temperature. TV required a subscription to Peacock in order to watch live broadcasts which was very frustrating as could not watch Super Bowl nor Olympics.

Located 5-6 miles from Breckenridge in a wooded community. Easy commute and nice to get away from crowds in Breckenridge. Property was as advertised and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook.

Great location to explore the area

A great place to stay as a family of 4 with a dog. The layout provides plenty of space to spread out after a long day exploring the local trails and eateries. One evening we had 2 moose walk through the front yard and the following evening we saw a momma bear and her cub. Close to town and you can access the Blue River trail from the neighborhood. Access to the garage to store bikes was a bonus.

Very easy to communicate w/manager and check in. The house is great for families (bunk room and another TV area in basement), well equipped kitchen, internet worked well even in the snowstorm and everything was clean. Plenty of everything: linens, pillows, spices in the kitchen, games, etc. missing a hot hub that’s it!

Loved this awesome cabin

Great place with a large gathering area for everyone to be together. Lots of games to play, which we did every night. The area was close to town and we did discover there was a walking trail close that would take you into Breckinridge, from one of the neighbors. There was a lot to do in the summer and we will definitely plan a future trip.

Spring Haven in the Fall

Stays are greatest when everything goes as planned with no surprises. That was certainly the case with VRBO and the Spring Haven residence. Clean and comfortable. Perfect condition. The right amount of communication and touch points. My adult son and I had a great time on our annual fly fishing adventure in Breckenridge and our stay at Spring Haven added to that. Thank You!

Nice Home

Nice home but had some issues. The shower on the main level did not work properly. Either the water was cold or hot. The house/linens smelled dusty and had quite a few light bulbs burnt out.
