Leave trash in sealed trash bags in the outside trash bin. The bin is located outside the service door at the side door of the property. Please secure the top of the bin with the two carabiners.
Please make sure all lights are off when exiting the property and double check that the coffee pot is unplugged from the wall outlet before leaving if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A Wonderful Stay

This was a great property for our family. So close to Breckenridge, but away from the crowds. Loved the hiking trails just outside the house. I highly recommend this place if you are considering a trip to the mountains!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin for our family Christmas getaway! We reached out prior to our stay to ask if there was any holiday decor and Lawrence went out of his way to decorate prior to our arrival. The home has a modern and extremely comfortable cabin feel as well as a great hot tub! Would definitely book again.

We loved this place. So close to downtown Breckenridge that we could go in and out of town multiple times a day if necessary. The house was meticulously kept and felt like you were in the woods. Our kids enjoyed playing in the backyard and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. They were very accommodating for us to have an early check in. Would give a 10/10 overall experience.

A Perfect Stay!

Could not be happier with our stay. The house was perfect and has everything we needed for a great week in Breck! We needed a place that was pet friendly and all the other houses we looked at that accepted pets did not look updated or accommodating. This houses was perfect for our family with our small dog. You cannot go wrong booking this house.
