Beautiful property. We especially liked that it was right next to the walking trail that goes along the river. The game room was a nice bonus but they could use some new pool cues and chalk.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great house in a great location! Property was perfect for out group (two couples and two adult children) Walkable to Breckenridge main street or shuttle/ebikes very close by.Kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect!Would highly recommend!

Good location for 5 minute drive to downtown. Good bedding arrangement for us. No AC which was significant problem but was told that no properties in Breckenridge have AC. It was 80 deg when we tried to go to sleep. So if information is right, I would encourage others to plan a different time to go

Comfortable place close to town!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone and close to town but also far enough away to be able to enjoy quiet and privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

The house had almost everything we needed. The one thing we would recommend is new baby gates for the stairs (the one supplied was broke). We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious Breckenridge Getaway

Lots of room, great mountain views, and plenty of accomodations - the hot tub is a great bonus as well! Also very close to the free ride bus stops to easily get to downtown Breckenridge.

Great Weekend Stay

We enjoyed staying at this property with friends and family. There was plenty of space for 10 guests and it was nice to stay in a property that offered privacy for a "getaway" feel in Breckenridge. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Amazing weekend stay!

Stayed over a long holiday weekend and the house was perfect. Very close to the Breck shuttle stop and also downtown. Two families stayed and there was plenty of space. Loved the views, hot tub, and large garage to park out of the weather.
