All linens (including blankets, quilts, duvets, shams) are changed with every guest. The hot tub is cleaned and/or drained between every guest.
3 BR/ 3 Bath on three levels, 2,013 sqft duplex with private deck, hot tub, garage. Ski at nearby Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail ski resorts - walk to the Summit Stage Free Bus Shuttle. Snowshoe / hike in the peaceful White River National Forest right out the back door! Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Mountain and forest views from all windows, beautiful recently renovated touches wherever you turn.
First floor bunk room is a kid's dream with wilderness themed bunk beds (sleeps 4) brought in from the happiest place on earth! Bunk beds are not suited for large adults. En suite bathroom including tub/shower.
Main floor bedroom includes sweeping views of the mountains and forest, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. New queen size Casper memory foam mattress.
Top floor bedroom features vaulted ceilings, incredible mountain views, and a king-size Casper memory foam mattress. 49 inch Samsung SmartTV. Private desk workspace. En-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. Bonus loft space upstairs is filled with toys to spark imagination.
Main floor kitchen is beautifully renovated with a gas range and plenty of space to cook, and also includes high-quality cookware and every gadget you could ever need. A cook's dream! Dining space for six seated at the table, and additional four at bar. Family room features a 55inch SmartTV and Sonos sound system. Enjoy sunrises on the wrap-around deck (secured on all sides for kids/pets) which includes a large private hot tub and barbecue grill. Laundry on site. Garage for one average-sized vehicle plus driveway parking. Snowshoes and sleds to borrow.
Pet-friendly (additional fee plus refundable deposit). Private fenced dog run and fenced deck.
We have everything you could ever need for kids/baby - just ask! We just added a fun new play area in the back, including treehouse style play structure and a play house. This is intended for young children, and may not be accessible in the snowy months.
This is an owner-operated and owner-managed property, it’s our home and we take great pride in it. This isn’t your typical mountain rental with only the bare minimum. We want your stay to be special and memorable, with personal touches and all the comforts of home.
**Two outdoor security cameras on property that are used for check in/ check out.** Camera one located on deck, pointing at entry stairs. Camera two located under deck to secure lower level bedroom window. Actively recording audio and video 24/7. However, cameras are not generally monitored during your stay.
Owner cannot be responsible for the weather. Because we are in the mountains we highly suggest four-wheel drive or snow chains in most seasons (traction law states you must carry chains or 4WD/AWD from Sept 1- May 31). We are in a four season resort area, we do not cancel reservations due to snow unless the roads are closed for an extended period, per the county. Driveway will be cleared but snow may build up again during your stay. You are responsible for shoveling snow on deck and walkways during your stay. All amenities provided are used at your own risk (including play structure, snow shoes, sleds, hot tub, and anything else provided).
Please understand we are in close proximity to forest and undeveloped land. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our neighborhood and/or in and around our home; including wildlife and insects. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
