About this property
Sapphire Chalet with Private Hot Tub and less than 2mi from Downtown Breck
The Sapphire Chalet is a beautiful, recently-remodeled home just south of Breck, welcoming up to ten guests for an unforgettable vacation with a backdrop of surrounding mountains. You'll have five spacious bedrooms, a private hot tub, vaulted ceilings, an oversized living room, and multiple fireplaces. The open-concept design is a blend of modern comfort and classic cabin, over three stories. Less than 2 miles from Breckenridge's historic district and the world-renowned Ski Resort, the location is unbeatable. Highspeed Wi-Fi and parking for five cars in included, one in the garage.
Upon entering, the interior reveals a spacious and well-lit environment, thanks to the vaulted high ceilings that create an airy atmosphere. Natural light floods in through the windows, illuminating the rooms with alpine glow.
The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate all your cooking needs. The kitchen has Bosch appliances including a gas stovetop, dual ovens, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and much more! Stocked with all the essential cooking equipment, your group will have everything you need for putting together home cooked meals after a day on the mountain. There is also a pantry area, updated cabinetry throughout, and an oversized fridge.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a thick wood slab dining table with seating for five. There is also a high-top table that seats four, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for three.
The living room features three leather couches plus a coffee table and ottoman, a lounge chair, a flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace. Take in the high, vaulted ceilings that render both amplitude and coziness under wood beams and an antler chandelier.
The spiral staircase leads to the master suite on the top level, Bedroom 2 is on the main level, and downstairs you will find the other three bedrooms, and access to the hot tub. The futon located on the lower level could act as an additional sleep space as well.
Primary Bedroom/Bathroom: King bed, dresser space, mounted TV, closet space, and an enchanting brick fireplace. The ensuite bathroom includes a step-in shower, two vanities, and a detached soaker tub.
Bedroom 2: full bed, dedicated workspace, full sized closet, and a flatscreen TV
Bedroom 3: queen bed, built-in clothing storage, a full sized closet, and a mounted TV
Bedroom 4: queen bed, dresser space, and a full sized closet
We also have private hot tub, an inviting sanctuary for relaxation that immerses you in 360 degree views. The outdoor deck extends the living space and includes a fire pit, accommodating a variety of outdoor activities while ensuring privacy. You'll have the convenience of home, while adding the invigorating alpine environment and optimal location for mountain adventure.
You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay.
