Independent small studio of 24 m2 on the first floor of a house at the bottom of a very quiet and private driveway planted. The wide windows of the living and dining area, the kitchenette overlook the driveway. 2 twin beds or 1 double bed of 1.60 m 2 by choice - private bathroom. Internet is available. Linen provided.
5 minutes from the Bastille and its market from the Marais and the Seine River, the Canal Saint Martin and the Republic.

Perfect

Thank you Catherine and Serge, your apartment was just perfect for my few nights. It was quiet, which was unusual im sure for central Paris. All amenities were present, it was private and I didn’t lack for anything. It was close to the metro and just a short walk to Bastille, République and the Marais. Great communication too. I very much enjoyed my time there.

Nice stay in Paris

The property is small but comfortable and very practical for a stay of several days in Paris. The Metro Station is very near as well as some supermarkets. This Part of the City is very nice and worth while to Explorer.

Appartement propre, bien situé, en cours intérieure assez tranquille. On entend parfois les chiens du locataire en dessous. C'est la vie!
