Independent small studio of 24 m2 on the first floor of a house at the bottom of a very quiet and private driveway planted. The wide windows of the living and dining area, the kitchenette overlook the driveway. 2 twin beds or 1 double bed of 1.60 m 2,00m by choice - private bathroom including toilet. Internet is available. Linen and towels provided.
5 minutes from the Bastille and its market from the Marais and the Seine River, the Canal Saint Martin and the Republic.

Wonderful stay!

Great location

This was a great experience in the heart of Paris. Catherine was a gracious host, and I would recommend this property to friends and family looking to stay in Paris. The area is vibrant and close to many amenities. Loved the courtyard.

Great location

Very good location. Small studio, basic but sufficient for our needs. Quiet and comfortable at the end of a laneway lined with lovely pot plants. Metro line 5 a few minutes walk away.

Excellent Location and Host

I actually didn't stay at the property. However, I booked it for my 21 year old daughter and her friend, both college students , who stayed for 10 days. They enjoyed the excellent location of the place and I appreciated Catherine's prompt and friendly help and responses to my many questions.

Very pleasant and quiet

Convenient location near Metro, very quiet with no street noise. Room was well furnished with everything we needed, very clean, and an adequate size to accommodate the bed, a small table, and two chairs. We would happily stay there again. If you book very far in advance, be sure to get the current access code to the large wooden door to the “alley” (really more of a cobblestoned walkway) right before you arrive, as it changes occasionally.

Thank you Catherine and Serge, your apartment was just perfect for my few nights. It was quiet, which was unusual im sure for central Paris. All amenities were present, it was private and I didn’t lack for anything. It was close to the metro and just a short walk to Bastille, République and the Marais. Great communication too. I very much enjoyed my time there.

A wonderful week in a quiet neighborhood in Paris

My husband and I had a very enjoyable week in this lovely studio apartment on our first trip to Paris! We appreciated all the conveniences that the studio is equipped with including a small refrigerator and microwave, the luxurious bathroom and the close proximity to numerous metro stops. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a secluded, private alleyway with lots of foliage!
