About this property

Charming cottage with a beautiful view, facing south and not overlooked

It is an individual cottage ideal for families, just renovated, warm, it is located in the countryside with a superb view for miles around, there is no vis-à-vis and it is very well exposed to the sun, it is on a private plot of 1500 m2 at the end of a private avenue in a green environment.

The cottage is located in the heart of the village but it is set back from the street, so calm is there! located 2 km from an equestrian center and at the start of many hiking trails (pedestrian, VIT, equestrian). The beaches are 5 km away (Ambleteuse, Audresselles, Cap gris nez, Tardinghen, Wissant.

The cottage includes on the ground floor: a living room - living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave ...), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate WC, and a storeroom (equipped with a washing machine); upstairs: 2 bedrooms, (namely: the staircase to go upstairs is a bit steep.)

For the little ones, there is a high chair, a cot, a bathtub and a changing table.

Little hidden gem

The property was excellent we had everything we needed Lucie is a wonderful host, very central to lovely places to vist seaside towns and the nausicaa centre is a must will be booking this property again

Lovely home with a great view

We spend one week in August at Lucy's place and we enjoyed it very much. We can highly recommend: lovely peaceful freestanding home great view over the French country side large garden and places to sit outside nicely furnished very clean near the coast, about 15 minutes by car supermarkets in Marquise, 5 minutes by car Lucy is very kind and helpful.

Wonderful cottage

We were there with our two children (4 & 6 years old). What a wonderful cottage! Very clean and everything has been thought of. The beautiful garden is bordered by cow pastures. I don't know how many hours our children spent playing in the garden. You have to drive a short distance by car to the beach. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, this cottage is the right place for you. The owner is very kind. We can only recommend the cottage!

A little gem in the French countryside

The cottage is absolutely charming-as are Lucie and her family. A spotless comfortable cottage, with a fully equipped kitchen, a utility with washing machine , and a beautiful bathroom and shower. Up the steep stairs to two great sized bedrooms, which were very comfortable indeed. Lucie had gone to the effort of putting up some beautiful and very tasteful Christmas decorations and lights, which really added to the ambiance. The view from the cottage is stunning, and you are not overlooked so we really felt that we were ‘getting away from it all’. A good size garden, which our dog enjoyed! Easy journeys to local towns, and beaches. A great vet on the edge of Marquise town ensuring an effortless return trip for our dog. On leaving the cottage, we were at the Eurotunnel check in within 15 minutes, yet had felt as if we were a million miles away from everything. A great find - one which we will definitely recommend and would not hesitate to return to.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Garten am Dorfrand mit weitem Ausblick. Lucie ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Was Hundebesitzer wissen sollten: das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu und die Lage sehr idyllisch. Der Ort ist sehr nett und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Der große eingezäunt Garten war optimal für unseren Hund. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem hübschen und bestens ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist am Rande eines Dorfes idyllisch und ganz separiert gelegen und man hat einen tollen Blick. Für einen Urlaub mit Hunden und Kindern bestens geeignet. Lucie und ihr Mann sind super sympathisch. Geheimtipp: das L'Atelier du pain in Marquise (unglaublich toller Bäcker)

Heerlijke plek

Met een prachtig uitzicht en een zeer gezellig huis hebben wij een week enorm genoten. Lucie is zeer vriendelijk en helpt graag. Op 5 min rijden zijn er voldoende supermarkten en bakkers. Leuke omgeving om je een week goed te vermaken. Echt heel fijn huis met goede bedden, alles in de keuken om uitgebreid te kunnen koken, heel schoon. Echte aanrader!!

Herrliche Auszeit!

Ruhiger Jahreswechsel in charmantem Landhaus

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem, mit vielen liebevollen Detail ausgestattetem, Landhaus verbracht. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer übers Tal ist traumhaft.

Comfortabel huis met fabuleus uitzicht

Het huisje ligt net onder de heuveltop. Het is zeer goed uitgerust. Schoon, grote mooie badkamer, goede bedden. Keuken met verrassend veel uitrusting, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. En vooral een fabuleus uitzicht. Prachtige wandelingen mogelijk en vlak bij de kust. Supermarkten op korte afstand. Aanrader!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Eine sehr schöne,saubere Unterkunft mit perfekter,ruhiger Lage. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Es gab nichts, worüber man sich beschweren könnte. Wir kommen liebend gerne wieder!

Das Dorf und das Haus liegen auf einer Anhöhe mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Flusslandschaft La Slack. Das Haus selbst ist geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Cheque in und out mit super netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Erholung und Ruhe pur

Das Haus: Gemütliches, gut eingerichtetes Cottage. Großes Badezimmer, WC separat, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Bequeme, bereits bezogene Betten. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großer Fernseher (es empfiehlt sich, ein Scart-Kabel und Laptop mitzunehmen, ansonsten nur französische Programme) Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr schmal und steil, das sollte man wissen. Das Grundstück: Alleinlage am Hang mit Blick auf Les Marais (die Sümpfe) und die gegenüberliegenden Hügel. Traumhafter Weitblick. Alles von hohen Hecken umgeben, so dass niemand hineinblicken kann. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil und schmal, auch das sollte man wissen. Die Gastgeberin: absolut reizend, immer ansprechbar für Infos (z.B. wo kann man mit den Hunden am besten zum Strand usw.) Für Gäste, die das Fahrrad mitbringen: in dieser Gegend muss man absolut sportlich sein. Es ist sehr hügelig. Wir haben einen super erholsamen Urlaub mit unseren Hunden dort verbracht.

Belles vacances dans le Nord

Nous avons passés une très belle semaine de vacances en famille dans la maison de Lucie. La maison est telle décrite sur l’annonce, nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison, c’est un petit cocon dans lequel on s’y sent bien. La terrasse et le jardin avec une vue entièrement dégagé ont été très appréciés ! L’environnement est très calme, un vrai bonheur ! La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire, c’est parfait! Plage la plus proche à 5 petites minutes en voiture, personnellement nous avons préféré rouler un peu plus pour trouver des plages sauvage un peu à l’écart et tellement belles (plage du Châtelet à Thardighen par exemple) A noter que la maison à pleins de petites marche et un escalier bien raide pour rejoindre les chambres à l’étage. La literie est parfaite, nous avons passés de belles nuits. La communication avec Lucie c’est très bien passé, c’est une hôte très sympathique, agréable et très réactif ! Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermé!
