4 BR Mountain Side Condo with Heated Pool and Hot Tub! Sleeps 9

Crested Butte - the ultimate outdoor experience. Enjoy skiing in the winter, mountain biking and hiking in the summer in our 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo located in The Chateaux complex. We are across the street from the Mountaineer Square, which is the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort - just a short 5 minute walk away. There is also a free town shuttle that picks you up right outside the front door and takes you to the base of the resort or down to the quaint town of Crested Butte, where you’ll find numerous shops and restaurants.

This condo was designed with families and groups in mind. It is perfect for family reunions, vacations, friend’s getaways, and so much more. Our 1,270 foot condo has a fully equipped kitchen with just about everything you will need. There is a dining table that comfortably seats 6, with additional seating at the bartop. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a comfortable couch to sit and relax while watching TV. Firewood and WIFI are free in the complex. The condo also has gorgeous views, with a small balcony overlooking the mountain.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and cable.
4 Bedrooms:
- 2 King Master Bedrooms with private full baths
- 1 Bedroom with 2 twin beds
- 1 Bedroom with a twin and set of twin bunks (sleeps 3).

The Chateaux is one of the only complexes with an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna that is operational throughout each ski and summer season. The pool area does have a seasonal schedule and typically shuts down after the ski season and reopens mid-June to Labor Day.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, except children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

The booking includes a maximum of 2 parking spots located right outside the building, but cannot accommodate trailers.

No pets or smoking is allowed.

The unit was perfect for our two families of 4 to stay in. We especially appreciated all the beds and bathrooms which were well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked, although was missing a corkscrew, which was probably a fluke. The hot tub is by a different building and is a short walk through the parking lot. The pool was heated, but still quite chilly. The parking was first come first serve, so while we always had a spot, sometimes it was further from the door. The unit is walkable to the lifts, but would have been too far for kids. That’s okay though because the shuttle is just a few steps from the building and comes ever half hour. I would stay here again.

What started out as two girls meeting in college and becoming roommates has evolved into two families joining together to celebrate the last great Colorado ski town. Living in the front range and being either natives of Colorado or transplants from California, raising our kids on the mountain has been a goal of ours. Our kids have learned to ski and mountain bike on this mountain and we have created so many memories, with more to come. We are happy to share our condo with you and your family as you create your own adventures.

We have been coming to Crested Butte for 7 years to enjoy the skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer and have come to call this place our home away from home. The location of your accommodation is an important factor when vacationing. You will find our condo will meet all your needs; walking distance to the base of the mountain, the only complex to offer a heated pool and hot tub and a free town shuttle right outside the front door. You can spend your days on the mountain and venture to town to enjoy shopping and dining. If skiing or mountain biking is not your adventure of choice, Crested Butte offers a number of hiking trails for all levels.
