Luxury 2 Bed & 2 Bath 1600 sqft condo with A/C, ceiling fans, 24hr security on El Tigre Golf Course in Nuevo Vallarta, 15 mins from PVR airport. It has 2 Ensuite Baths, 3 closets, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, washer/dryer, terrace, parking for 1 car, huge heated pool & beautiful sitting area. Discounted golf & access to the private Playa Royale Beach and Sports Club is available if stay is min 14 nights ( For more info see under other details tab)This unit is handicap accessible.
-Spacious living room with sectional sofa and ample space for dining and entertaining. Three smart tv's and wifi throughout the unit.
-Roomy master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, jetted tub, dual sinks, shower and toilet. Walk in closet with dresser and ample space for belongings.
-Second bedroom has two full size beds, en-suite bathroom, and cupboard closet and drawers.
-Covered terrace is equipped with propane BBQ and outdoor dining table.
-24 hour security at main gate as well as security at entrance to condo complex.
-1 underground parking stall with elevator access.
Condo is on a golf course within a gated community. Golf course / lake view from unshared patio, privacy, green space.
Shopping plaza nearby. Private beach resort and sports club access for a fee (requires a minimum stay of 14 nights)
