The house is 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the leeward coast, La perle, Grande-Anse. Well ventilated, quiet, comfortable, The Apartment at the top of the hill offers a view of Karouan islet from the first floor. There is a mini-market nearby for your small errands. Le Bourg de Deshaies is 10 minutes away. There you will find the post office, ATM, restaurants and bar in the evening.

Nice location, nicely situated to take advantage of the sun, shade and breezes. The property was under major construction, some of which happened until midnight on two occasions when we were in the house trying to sleep. Other construction projects were happening, most of which involved demolition of parts of the house and no reconstruction. We made the booking 8 months in advance, yet the renovations were not scheduled until we were in the house?? I do not understand. A good portion of our vacation was ruined because of the inadequacies of the property that were attempted to fix while we were in the house.

notre séjour c'est bien passé avec des propriétaires et des commerçants super sympas

la maison est grande, nous avons toujours mangé sur l'immense terrasse la maison n'est pas climatisée mais comme elle est en hauteur nous avons bien dormi nous avons passé un très bon séjour en guadeloupe
