Fabulous Property

This is a terrific property. Not just the location but the staff that attended us was fantastic especially our concierge Tania! Well maintained, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. We would definitely return to this property if we return to Santa Theresa.

Fantastic! Don’t look further!

This was a great private oasis. Everything was perfect. The house was spotless, the beds comfortable and the beach long and beautiful! It was so private! You can not go wrong staying here! Everything about it was fabulous!

Fantastic property

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) spent a week at this house over spring break. This is an absolutely fantastic property. We very much appreciated the extra touches the owners and management put in place including an incredible modern house design, high end appliances, comfortable beds and linens, nice outdoor furniture, etc. Tania went out of her way to make us feel immediately welcome and comfortable. We found the location of the house to be a perfect mix of "just far enough" from the crowds in Santa Teresa (less than a 5 min drive) but still very close. The beach is literally steps away. We were amazed at how uncrowded the beach was considering how over the top beautiful it is. There are tidal pools right in front of the house that offer one of the best swimming spots our family has ever experienced. The area has a unique combination of rustic charm, no chain hotels, fantastic restaurants, all run by locals, and a laid back vibe, The food was very, very good. We did not have a single meal that wasn't memorable. We will certainly be back.

Magical

This vacation home was truly spectacular! I cannot say enough about it, the house, the location, the staff were all absolutely amazing! I would go back again and again if I could! I recommend very highly. Having the beach right in your backyard is vacation in itself and the house is absolutely amazing down to the very last detail. The decor and architecture are truly in such good taste. It is a beautiful home in a more beautiful setting!
