Relax while enjoying the exceptional views from our over-sized beachfront corner deck and our beautiful, extensively updated Tropic Winds Condo--among the newest, most beautiful, well appointed, relaxing 3 bed/3 bath units in the serene, highly desired west end of PCB! Our condo has a 528 square foot balcony (one of the largest and widest in PCB by far, and one of the 6 largest among the 165 units in our building). This end unit is on the 6th floor, with a designated parking space located within 30 feet of the elevators and valet carts to transport your luggage. It offers perfect million-dollar views of both sunrise and sunset, and of the gorgeous white sugar sands and soothing emerald ocean waters below. We have three master bedrooms, two of which bracket the living room facing the Gulf directly accessing the over-sized balcony/deck and the beach sands directly below, and a very well-equipped kitchen with virtually every type of cookware, appliance, dishware, utensils, and spice rack found in your own home as well as TV's in every room.

This modern, exceptionally well-engineered, code-compliant complex offers an indoor/outdoor pool, large outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness center and meeting room. The owner also rents and provides at no charge to guests two full-size beachside chairs with matching umbrella during the vendor rental season (Mar 15 - Oct 31), plus extra beach chairs, boogie boards and more stored in a closet inside the unit for your use. An additional pair of beach service chairs with additional umbrella can be made available for an extra charge upon request. Guests are provided with our covered parking space in the building within 30' of the regularly sanitized elevators. Additional unassigned parking at no additional charge is provided across the street in a 2-level overflow Tropic Winds parking lot.
Our spacious unit totals 1461 sq. ft. The condo has been upgraded with preferred light fixtures and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, plus new carpeting and new mattresses in all bedrooms; cherry cabinetry, granite countertops and a multitude of stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen; completely renovated master bathrooms with granite countertops, raised toilets and ornate walk-in showers; and more. There are king size beds in the 2 Gulf front master suites, and 2 new full-size beds in the third bedroom, plus a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. All beds are very comfortable. The unit sleeps 8 people. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players, and all 3 bathrooms are equipped with wall-mounted hair dryers and bathroom safety rails.
Our condo operates with a keyless entry system--no wasting time checking in at the front desk! When you arrive, just come on in and let your luxury vacation begin! Our home is also equipped with a Ring video doorbell for added security for you and the
property. The doorbell only has visibility of the exterior entrance and cannot see into the unit. In addition, we offer Free wireless. We also have a porta-crib, high chair, games, beach towels, and much more to make your stay convenient, fun, and relaxing.
The inside dining area provides seating for 6 as well as 3 bar stools at the breakfast counter, in addition to a 6-seat granite table located on the balcony. The well appointed kitchen is equipped with upgraded granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a separate laundry room with a full size front load washer and dryer. A queen-size sleeper sofa and 2 new modern recliners in the living room allow for viewing the large screen TV. The oversize balcony (10 x 44 sq ft) is furnished with a granite table and 6 chairs, love seat, rocking chair and lounge chair with ottoman. The flooring on the balcony has just been redone in a beautiful non-slip tile to look like a wooden boardwalk. Guests can also have beachside barbecues at ground level, using the HOA-provided picnic tables and gas grills already equipped with HOA-provided propane or the charcoal grills also provided by the HOA (without charcoal you must supply), at no charge.
Nearby activities include golf courses, deep sea fishing, water sports, tourist attractions, amusement parks, lazy river kayaking, and a wide variety of dining and take-out opportunities. Location, Location, Location...Tropic Winds is on the West end of the beach which is quieter and family friendly yet close to all of the major attractions. It is also only minutes west of Pier Park, the new huge shopping, dining and entertainment complex in PCB.

Before Carol purchased this unit through her LLC in 2018, we spent several days in PCB in and out of condominium units in most condominium buildings in PCB. This unit bowled us over--great location, beautiful interior, deck, superior beach views and immediate proximity, appointments, accommodations and amenities, all not far from hundreds of shops, restaurants, stores, amusements areas and much more. So, it was the one to acquire!
