With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there is sure to be plenty of room for all of your favorite people! This house fit the needs of our group for a Fall Break trip and Tuacahn. The bedroom configuration was great. The living/dining/kitchen were a great size. Patio and balcony were great. The games in the garage and extra fridge were a nice benefit. The hot tub was clean but didn't seem to be in top notch working order. Jets were wonky. We felt like the house was unorganized. Lots of extra pillows but found only a couple of pillowcases. There were so many kitchen utensils it was hard to find what you needed. Could have used more kitchen towels. Some of the plates were chipped beyond usable. A couple of glasses had big cracks in them. Good thing there were lots. Glad there were extra blankets because the comforters on the beds were way too heavy to sleep with. The good outweighed the bad but it definitely caused some frustrations.

Clean and Comfortable

We had a great stay with 6 kids and 7 adults. The home was well maintained and had everything we needed. Spa was great and observational deck had beautiful views. Easy and quick checkout. Location to Snow Canyon and Zion was great. A great grocery store was very close and served all our grocery needs. We would book again.

Enough rooms for the whole family!

Our family of 16 had a great time! Everyone had their own bathroom in each of the bedroom and the kids absolutely loved being at kids cove. The location was close to the water park and the place was clean (except for the floor which made our feet black on the bottom) and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the PlayStations and the bunk room. We would book this unit again.

Amazing home!

We were blown away by the house and proximity to the water park. The house included all the necessities (cookware, extra linens, etc) that made it very comfortable. Communication was great about all questions/concerns. Smart tablet in the kitchen highlighting local entertainment and instructions on operating various amenities was great. We will certainly return for future stays.

The pools were clean and fun. Our family had a wonderful time. The staff at redsands was ver y helpful answering questions and when our sink was leaking, they sent someone right over to check out the situation and make it right. The home was very nice and clean. The blinds were a bit dusty and a few stains on the carpet but everything else was clean and nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

The house was really perfect for our needs! I was impressed with the quality of the appliances as everything was top of the line, instead of the typical mostly worn out appliances we have run into in the past. The bunk room was really great since all my single kids are adults that need a bigger bed than a twin size, so the 4 double beds in there worked great for us. The hot tub was already hot and ready to go, which was nice. The fire pit on the upper level was a fun hang out area. There were tons of nice plates, cups and silverware. We had 12 people for a few of the days and due to all the COVID restrictions at restaurants we cooked a lot at the house and found everything we needed. My daughter really wished there was a high chair or booster seat for her toddler, but that is the only recommendation I can think of. We will be back I'm sure!

Great Home - But very dirty

I want to be very fair to Red Sands. They did a great job as the property management firm and meeting our concerns. The floor plan is awesome. In fact I don't think the pictures do it justice with how big the house feels. It was perfect for our family gathering of 13. The amenities were great. The only complaint we had was how dirty the house was. If I could post pictures, I would. Upon check-in we found hair on the walls and on the drain in multiple showers, the carpets were nasty with stains and dirt. We had to wear sandals everywhere inside because we noticed the kids feet just black from all the dirt. When we reached out Red Sands the offered to reimburse for any mopping equipment but said we are sorry and working with the property owner to get the carpets cleaned. If I was looking to rent this unit I would ask when the last time the carpets were deep cleaned or if they were replaced. Yes the dirty carpets were that bad that it's holding the review down. Great house, in a great location, but the house needs to be deep cleaned bad and also needs the carpets to potentially replaced in the large family living room.

Soccer vacation

This house was amazing! With all the bedrooms and amenities it was perfect for our family and friends to stay the host were fantastic to work with. Without hesitation they answered my questions and adressed my concerns. House was clean and orderly. We will definitely stay here again. Or at least in another red sands property.

Perfection!

Our family of 14 ranged in age from 3 to 77! The home was on a single level with 5 beds/5 baths! The bunk room provided space for the littles. The family/living/kitchen area was open & spacious for food, fun & games! The hot tub was a bonus! Many happy memories were made. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great house

This house was very spacious and well kept. It was nice to have a hot tub as well. The parking situation isn't the best. Someone took one of our spots on the road so we had to squish 4 vehicles in the driveway. Would be nice to have designated parking areas. The pool passes only one had a key fob to get into the pool the other one was just a pass. We could've used a blender in the kitchen but not a huge deal. And one of the bedrooms had a fan switch but no fan for it. Other than that it was great and we'd love to come back again.
