This property was more than just a nice place to stay near Yellowstone. Vern and Laura live on the property and willingly share information on how to visit Yellowstone National Park, as well as how to view Elk, Moose, and Grizzly Bears, all not far away. The horses and dogs were friendly, especially the border collie that loved to play fetch. One of our best stays ever.

This was an amazing experience for my family!Vern and Laurie were amazing hosts, and Tanya was on top of everything making sure we had what needed! I am sure glad I found this place to stay, and hope we can make our way back there again!

We loved staying here for our visit to Yellowstone! A great location and a great spot to relax after a long day at the park. Loved our evenings watching for grizzlies. Wish we had spent more time exploring the hikes around the ranch. Highly recommend!

A high point of our trip was spending time at Vern and Laurie's ranch. They are genuine people with generous hearts! The guest house is ideal for a couple or small family and the location is perfect. The pictures/descriptions are accurate and the house is clean. We look forward to staying there on our next trip!

Great stay in MT

We had a great stay at Vern and Laurie’s guest house. A comfortable house in a beautiful setting. We really appreciated the proximity to Yellowstone as we visited there quite a few days. We really enjoyed the patio and firepit. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient to Yellowstone. Views of the Yellowstone River are beautiful. The setting is very peaceful. The sofa and rocking chairs are very comfortable and the lock to the guest house entrance access was not functional.

Incredible vacation

We had an experience we will never forget here! The cabin is clean and has everything you need. The location is prefect for local sightseeing/activities. The best part is meeting the hosts Vern and Laurie and their incredible hospitality. This property gives you a real feel for life in Montana and we can’t wait to come back.

Family Yellowstone visit

Great location, 16 miles from Gardiner (northwest entrance). Very clean place, Vern was very helpful on his suggestions as to where to visit. We visited all the locations at YNP, went to Jackson hole and big sky. Definitely would visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was quiet and in a picturesque setting. Vern, the owner, was great in that he gave us great information about where to spot wildlife in the area. Everyone was kind and helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable. The property is close to the north entrance of Yellowstone, so it was very convenient to visit the park. We would definitely stay there again.
