We are proud to provide enhanced Covid-19 cleaning protocols for each and every cleaning! I have a highly dedicated cleaner, who wears a mask and gloves while cleaning. We use Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty 10X Power PODS® Original Scent for the bedding, towels, etc, and we add the Lysol Laundry Sanitizer Additive! All surfaces are disinfected.

Perfect for couples, families & business travelers. This townhome is in the heart of it can walk to all of the well-known restaurants: Fahrenheit, Dante’s, Crust, Ginko’s, Barrio. Or you can relax & unwind in the cozy family room with a couch so comfy that you are bound to fall asleep on it. The home is 3 levels - which makes for a fun stay, especially with big groups. You’ll love the 2 patios & the yard! Drive to: Quicken & Progressive - 6 min; FirstEnergy & Convention Center- 9 min.

This home boasts hardwood floors on first and second floors. The open and updated kitchen leads you into the family room space and the dining space. You will love watching the sun set in the 3rd floor bedroom with the large king or bedroom with the full bed; both rooms are very large and have vaulted ceilings with fans. The full bathroom on the third floor has his and her sinks, and you can soak the stress of the day away in the tub / shower combo.

You’ll feel like your in the middle of nature as you look out the windows and see tons of greenery. The house is hidden behind two front houses, thus you will feel extra safe and secluded.

I have a ton of toddler/infant related items that I purchased new within the last few months: pack n play, pack n play sheets, infant /toddler bowls, cups and forks/spoons, and disposable changing pads. I also have some stuffed animals, books, toys for the kids!

Room details: 3 bedrooms.
1st floor room contains a plush queen mattress; third floor bedrooms- bedroom 2: 1 memory foam king bed; bedroom 3: day bed with memory foam twin mattress.
Entertainment: High speed WiFi provided; second floor TV has a Roku that includes Netflix, Prime and HBO. You can download/use logins on additional apps that you have. King bedroom has a large tv with HBO MAX, Netflix.

Remarkable!

I can go on and on about how great a stay we had at this property but to keep it brief let me just say that if you are considering- just BOOK IT! Owner was so pleasant and accommodating. The townhouse was even better than the pictures. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need! Neighborhood is booming with alot of restaurants in walking distance but house is tucked away in a very quiet area with beautiful scenery. Loved it! Highly recommend and will book again in the future!

New Year Stay

Leslie's condo is a great place to stay. It more than met and exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally clean and fully stocked with anything you may need during your stay. If you need a place to stay while in Cleveland, this is the place to get.

Perfect!

My husband, grown children ( and daughter’s boyfriend) stayed here for a family wedding. It couldn’t have been any better. Great location and a beautiful place to stay. Leslie was in contact with us although we didn’t need anything. You can walk to multiple restaurants and bars. My husband and I walked to the West Side Market in the morning. I can’t wait to go back and stay here!

Great Stay!!!

We had a blast in Cleveland and our accommodations could not have been better! It’s is a perfect location maybe 5 min to downtown, with great restaurants some bars nearby. There was even a running trail right down the street. Highly recommended.

Family celebration

Amazing Property

This was an amazing home! It felt more like a resort. Everything was perfect. The home was in a great location, close to the city, but tucked away on a quiet street. The owner was helpful and quick to respond when asked questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Tremont

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property while we were in Cleveland for a family wedding! It was so tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean, stocked with everything we could need! The owner, Leslie, was in communication with us beforehand, and was so pleasant, looking out for our every need. We felt completely safe with an easy-to-use door code and security system. Everything in the home was modern and updated, and worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable - great nights' sleep all around! The thermostat was also very easy to use and set to our comfort level. Set back from the street, so it was very peaceful. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Cleveland area - very easy to grab a Lyft or Uber into downtown just a short 5 minutes drive away. In addition, this up-and-coming area (Tremont) also had many walkable cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Thank you for a great stay, Leslie. If we ever make our way back to Cleveland, we'll be in touch!

A very accommodating place for our small group to meet up and enjoy each other’s company!

Within walking distance to many interesting restaurants, shops, and sites, this treehouse-like townhouse was a wonderful place to rendezvous from. The owner communicated well with me. She thought of everything in fitting out the home and making it very cozy, quiet and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there and would consider returning!

Great Place to Stay!

The townhome was beautiful, with so many great amenities and touches throughout the entire space. The security system and garage space was nice. All of the beds and living room furniture were soft and comfy. The space was very clean and well maintained. The host/owner responded to messages quickly, and was very polite and gracious. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, but close to lots of activities and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Cleveland.
