This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home in a beautiful rural location, swimming pool, , roof deck, gym room, basketball court, walking track, Solar energy-no blackouts,15 minutes from a town of 20,000 with shopping, 20 minutes from a beautiful Caribbean beach with 80-degree water, and 45 minutes from the capital city of San Juan with International Airport. A great place to get away and de-stress. Ideal location for family reunions, weddings, honeymoons, and anniversary parties. No passport required.
THERE WILL BE A $100 "FACILITY FEE," PAYABLE TO THE OWNER, FOR EVENTS HELD WITH MORE THAN 20 PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE AND $200 FOR 50 OR MORE PERSONS, SUCH AS WEDDINGS, RECEPTIONS, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, FAMILY REUNIONS, AND 15 ANOS CELEBRATIONS. $100 PET FEE.
There is parking space for about 5 vehices adjacent to the house, and room for many more, for events, at the bottom of the property.

Anna and her property are amazing. It was wonderful to share her beautiful home with my family. The ride up the mountain and into the property is definitely challenging for the inexperienced driver, but yhe view is worth every moment and out of this world. A must stay.

The house is beautiful and in a real nice rural area surrounded by mountains. We loved our stay and the host are very nice. Apple Maps and Google maps do not take you anywhere near the actual location. I was able to google the address and find a local map for the property. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful house, a far drive up a large hill. Waze: ‘casa lomita verde’ to find it. Google maps and Apple Maps and Waze unhelpful with address. 40 min from San Juan. Beautiful, homey, well kept. Side door I. Living room lock is broken and needs to be fixed. Large washing machines and there is TWO. The roof is nice saw many many stars! Guest hosts were wonderful! Smells a bit musty when you open the door but everything is wonderful loved it will stay again. Thank you thank you

Very quiet getaway

Very nice well kept house. Ac works beautifully. The pool as large enough to enjoy. Very quiet surroundings. The drive to the home a bit challenging.

Had a wonderful time

We traveled for our daughter's wedding and enjoyed the area. The house was clean, beds comfortable and we enjoyed our surroundings, especially the birds and chickens! The pool guy stopped by and was delightful. He gave us several local places to eat which were delicious. Met the neighbor across the road and was very welcoming. A relaxing stay!

Beautiful home

This place is beautiful. It’s quiet and in the mountains. The only thing i would say is they need to put some sort of nonslip material on the stairs and maybe more rugs because the surface was super slippery from the water and rain so my kids kept falling. We had a problem with the power but it was fixed right away. The owners were very pleasant and helpful with recommendations with things to do near by.

Home away from home

This house is so cozy and homey!!!! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of every inch of the property. It is a bit of an adventure to get there as the roads are a bit windy and narrow, but the views once you get there make you forget about the couple of minutes of difficult driving. I had a very nice conversation with the owner a couple of days before our stay. She was very helpful and all instructions were very clear and easy to follow. My entire family recommends this property 100%; so much so that we are already looking into coming back during the summer.

Short stay

My experience at the house was nice, the reason our stay was short was due to small bugs. The house was very clean when we arrive. All i ask for the Owner to do is a deep cleaning and get a exterminator and things will be fine. Thank you.

House with a view

The property is beautiful, I loved hearing the roosters in the morning. To get to the property is a bit tricky, I would no recommend going at the night to the property to check in. Lighting on the roads is not great and the roads are very narrow. The road to the house is horrible condition you have to be very careful driving to the house.

As soon as you enter you will feel that you entered a loved ones home. Felt like i was at grandma's house all over again. The house is roomy, cozy, clean, and comfortable. I called Anna when i was close to the house upon my initial arrival. After that me being a regular i found it with no issues. Please note if you have an issue with being out of city limits this may not be the place for you! Again, being a regular visitor to my country i love being in what we call el campo. So i do not mind the coquis at night nor the roosters at 4am singing. Anna checked on us a few times to make sure we were good and all communication went great. Would love to rent again but next time with our adult kids. Thank you again for having me / us in your home!

Amazing spacious home with a stunning view.

I rented the home for a nice relaxing getaway with my sister, brother in law, the girls and my parents whom are older. The home surpassed my expectations. The pictures of the home are beautiful but the actual presence is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to get away for a relaxing time with beautiful views and spacious property. Ana the homeowner and Luis the grounds keeper were quick to respond and answer any needs providing impeccable service with a smile. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

They house is on a hill that the street has many and deep holes that need Is immediate attention.

The house is on a hill with a wonderful view. The road to the house is very hilly and whiny. The road also needs repairs. There are many deep holes on the road to the house.If you are afraid of heights. This place is not for you.

Getting There was an Adventure

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was an occasional small gecko in the house and cucarachas, but in the rural forest setting this was ordinarily to be expected and not a reflection of poor upkeep. The trip from San Juan Airport to this property was an adventure. The last 5 miles being up a narrow, winding mountain road through the forrest. We were nearly run off the road by an oncoming truck. Again, not the fault of the property owner, but know that getting to and from the property felt a bit risky.

Peaceful getaway on the hills

We loved it. We wanted a peaceful getaway and that was prime. Located 40 min from San Juan immerse yourself in the hills of Puerto Rico . The property is clean and well maintained. It is very peaceful and you’ll wake up everyday with the sound of birds surrounding you. Few things: - the pool is the jewel of the property in my opinion. Occasionally you’ll see insects floating, but that’s expected in the middle of the jungle. There is a net that you can use to clean with. - We saw few insects here and there inside the house, but again that’s part of the jungle. You’re literally surrounded by trees, so expect that. - For food options, expect to drive a little to get stuff. The best thing would be getting food with you.

Beautiful property

Beautiful home with an even better view. Loved the island mountain breeze. The house needs a deeper cleaning but nothing that a little dusting can’t fix. Would recommend to friends and family. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond.

Beautiful mountain top retreat.

This home was big enough to accommodate our family of seven adults comfortably. The house was beautiful and well kept. Anna was easy to work with and helpful. The house is a bit off the beaten path and somewhat of an adventure to get to, but it was well worth it. The views are amazing and amenities were great for us.

First 2 days we had power outage the generator didn't work, could use more cleaning, dryer was out of service and kitchen cabinets have roaches. Beautiful house and pool... too far away from main roads about 20 min drive and very dangerous roads... they charge extra for using chairs, tables, and the grill...
