At the foot of the mountain of Lure, country of Giono, Châteauneuf-Val-Saint-Donat is in the heart of the Provence countryside while remaining close to the Marseille-Gap axis and allows you to enjoy the landscapes and villages of Provence but also Gorges du Verdon, Lake Serre-Ponçon and the Pre-Alps.

There are many activities: hiking, cycling, climbing (Sisteron, Méouge valley), gliding (Saint-Auban at 10 kms), stargazing, visits, fishing, hunting, pétanque, ... idleness.

The house consists of:

- a dining / living room (TV, convertible sofa 140)
- 2 bedrooms (1x 1 bed 140; 1 with 2 90cm beds).

Propriétaire accueillante, maison avec tout ce qu'il faut. Calme. Vue magnifique.

Magnifique région

La villa est très fonctionnelle et le jardin est cloturé et agréable. Les commerces sont à 10 minutes en voiture. La ville de Sisteron et ces fortifications sont magnifiques. Les parcours VTT de la région sont très bien flèchés et pour tout niveau. Esparon le Verdon est à une heure et il y a possibilité de louer des bateaux électrique, canoe ou pédalo avec tobogan, baignade assurée. Seul regret notre séjour était en pleine canicule et difficile de profiter pleinement de la journée dû à la chaleur.

Séjour tres agréable

Le gite est très calme et l'accueil fût très agréable. La terrasse couverte permet de profiter de l'extérieur tout en étant à l'ombre. Le gîte est entièrement équipé et très propre. Nous avons sillonné la region avec nos deux enfants et nous en avons bien profité. Mention spéciale pour le parc animalier près de Sisteron, le lac d'Oraison (aménagé pour les enfants) et les gorges de la Meouge. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil ! Location à recommander.

Superbe séjour !

Vacances magnifiques ! Location au calme et très agréable, comme à la maison. Décor sympa, belle vue sur les montagnes et superbes balades à faire... De bons conseils vous seront apportés et accueil chaleureux.
