This bright and sunny rental has modern decor, a private hot tub out back, access to a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), and multiple views of the ocean from all levels. The home is family-friendly and has a gas fireplace and an open gourmet kitchen. A washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.

Enjoy access to miles of beach right across the street to the north, while Olivia Beach Community Park, where you can catch a game of beach volleyball, is across the street out back. This area is also home to numerous dining options, including Mo's, Kyllo’s, and Blackfish Cafe, as well as an outlet shopping center and even a casino, all of which are just a short drive away.

Things to Know

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
