Enjoyed your beautiful home!

We have been to The Villages many times and we really liked how convenient Brownwood Square is to the rental property. We rented golf carts and enjoyed doing day trips up to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. We went to the Halloween party Friday night at Brownwood. It was a lot of fun! The home was very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the enclosed lanai back patio which was large and we had a very nice view of the pond. There was more than enough seating for our family to enjoy the view and eat outside on the large patio table. We frequently seen an alligator who we named Guinness and we looked for him daily. We appreciated the opportunity to rent your beautiful home. The weather was perfect too! Thanks for everything.

When we called the management company they were out to look at it within 20 minutes and had the air conditioning company out that day to repair it. The only disappointment is that management gave our first week in April to the people who rent the house in February and March without checking to see if we were returning. Not the way to do business, but it is what it is.

We especially enjoyed spending time on the screened patio overlooking the small lake that attracts a variety of wildlife. The home is well-maintained and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We will definitely rent the property if we return to the Villages.
