Comfortable cottage, quiet in the countryside 25 minutes from the beaches. (NO SMOKING inside). 34 M², TWO ROOMS in DRC, COMFORT SECURITY and HYGIENE.
AIR CONDITIONING, VMC, electric shutters, fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ..., dining area, sanitary facilities: shower and washbasins, WC,, large equipped terraces, barbecue, large gardens, wooded areas, free parking for several vehicles, free cot. Folding bed 90x190 cm on request: free. Outdoor spaces with automatic lighting

SLEEPING CAPACITY: two people in a room with a double bed (new and of high quality), sink, large mirrors, television, wardrobe, chest of drawers, storage. + SLEEPING for two people in the lounge (new and of high quality) in the LIVING ROOM with televisions, wardrobe, luggage storage. Cottage completely redone in 2016. Bike storage possible. Walks, hiking trails, walking path along the pond at 300 m. All shops and sports and cultural activities a few km away. In the village: coffee-tobacco-newspapers-post office, artisan bakery-pastry shop, home caterer, organic fruit and vegetables at home (depending on the season). Doctor's office, pharmacy, places of worship.

TOUVOIS, means "all routes", which is very convenient for visiting the region, it is possible to change seaside resort every day if desired for the same distance from Pornic to St Gilles. Nantes is easy to access. Puy du Fou too. Memorial of the Vendée, historic sites. Museum of arts .., restaurants, cinemas ... Airport at 20 km, train station at Challans 20km ... All shops within a few km.

MODALITY:
Gîte declared in town hall and complies with safety and hygiene rules. (For hygiene reasons, animals are not accepted in the cottage). The price for the week is 299. 00 € + 1 x 50 € cleaning fees, + 50 € household linen costs, making a total of 399. 00 € the first week and 299. 00 € each following week . 50 ° / ° on order, balance upon delivery of the keys with inspection of the premises at the start and end of the rental, deposit by check of 50 ° / ° for the duration of the rental. Staff can be made available to you at your expense. 2nd terrace that can accommodate a group, family celebrations.
COME GET GREEN FOR THE COUNTRY AND BLUE BY THE SEA !!! .., for less than € 10.00 per day per person for 7 nights for up to 5 people.

Peaceful Holiday

Ideal for a quiet holiday. A central location for inland and seeside activities. We were out everyday exploring different areas. The Gite is quite small but ideal for two people. The owner was great. Neither of us spoke French but managed to get by with translate, lovely family.

Le gîte est idéal pour deux personnes, pratique et très bien situé. Nous avons pu rayonner dans toute la région très facilement. Il y fait très calme et le jardin est très agréable et bien ombragé. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le volet dans la chambre qui offre une obscurité totale. Le prioritaire est très gentil et à l'écoute de ses hôtes.

Très beau séjour à la campagne !

Un petit appartement charmant, très bien équipé. Une literie impeccable et un gîte très propre. Propriétaires très sympathiques et terrain vaste et fleuri. Une jolie balançoire pour les enfants et même quelques jouets. Situé à environ 30 min de la plage et de grandes villes telles que Nantes c'était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait. Un écrin de verdure non loin de la mer !
