With two luxurious master suites on the main floor and two additional bedrooms downstairs, this home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Ideal for multi-generational trips, the layout allows for both privacy and connection. Kids can rest undisturbed downstairs while adults enjoy wine on the deck or fireside chats in the vaulted living room.

The heart of the home is the fully stocked kitchen, meticulously prepared by a chef-owner with everything you need—from essentials to spices—to cook up family feasts and memorable meals. Dine inside or take dinner outdoors under the stars.

Note: gas generator powers the whole house instantly, should storms interrupt power in the area.

Located a 15-minute walk from Trout Creek Recreation Center, guests enjoy access (with a nominal daily fee) to a heated lap pool, jacuzzi, full gym, sauna, and summer events and z-Market for last minute needs... Oh and can't leave out The Lodge and golf course is only 15 minute walk where you can enjoy fine dining to casual fare. The home backs up to a peaceful greenbelt, offering privacy and a lush forest backdrop.

Year-Round Mountain Adventures
Ski or snowboard at nearby Tahoe Donner (6 mins), or venture to Northstar (12 miles), Palisades Tahoe (14 miles), Sugar Bowl (11 miles), and Alpine Meadows (17 miles). Note: We highly recommend trip protection plan for the winter months due to unpredictable storms. As well, the Hot tub is also storm dependent as it is outside in the elements. Some winters the hot tub access is affected by the amount of snow. If a private hot tub is important to you, please check with the host before booking.
