If you need a place to comfortably host a huge group, you are in luck. This property sleeps 15. It is a large,"cozy" home with a welcoming country feel. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you will all have plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Set in Tahoe Donner, this property creates a wonderful space to entertain any time of year. Younger folks will love sharing a room with bunkbeds while older member of your party will love sinking into the soft recliners after a fun day of swimming or skiing or hiking.

What's more, this home is located on a quiet street with a flat and convenient driveway for ease of access — especially in the winter months. It features a large bunk room with queen size beds. Four of the bedrooms and and 2 of the bathrooms are located upstairs, while one bedroom and a full bathroom is located downstairs off the kitchen. The large kitchen is inviting to any chef and fully equipped for your convenience.

Tahoe Donner Amenities: As part of your rental you will have 2 guest passes that will allow up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $20 per person per day. Children 6 and under are free.

Uncomfortable stay

The house was big and accommodated our large group but the home had a eerie vibe. Many adults of the group found the entire upstairs to be eerie. The beds were all very uncomfortable my one year old even kept waking up because he was uncomfortable. The major downfall besides it being eerie was the shower head up stairs was moldy and in one of the bedrooms upstairs had a bag of cookies under the bed along with rat poop.

Ok house but bad property management

Very bad experience with Tahoe Truckee property management. We were told that help would be there in clearing the snow in the driveway but no help at all. The upstairs toilets clogged and even with plunger, it was very hard to get them to work. Furniture is old and dusty. Kitchen was good but refrigerator is very old. Would stay here but will not book through the current property management.
