Two guest bedrooms, an office with a convertible sofa, and a guest bathroom with a tub on the middle level. A game room with two twin bunk beds and a second TV is on the bottom level. The game room has foosball and shuffleboard tables. The house is located on Cul-du-Sac street, so there is no car traffic, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.
