Very nice living room 50m2, French beams and ceiling, with open craft kitchen fully equipped (new appliances), the very bright room opens onto a large terrace of 60m2 and the swimming pool (4x8m secured by roller shutter). three bedrooms, one with shower room, plus a large shower room for the other two bedrooms - 2 separate WCs. Very large pool house with exposed beams, carport, all located on a private plot of 8000m2 fenced. The property is labeled 4 stars in the prefecture
