About this property

In the heart of the seaside resort of Saline les Bains, in the immediate vicinity of the lagoon, this contemporary and luminous bungalow of 60 m2 in ground garden (adjoining a villa) completely renovated can accommodate 2 to 4 people (1 bedroom + 1 sofa bed).
The apartment is on the ground floor, no neighbors above and not overlooked!

Ideally located, you can enjoy the beach of Saline les Bains located less than 150m (swimming completely secure in the lagoon with coral reef) and all the amenities of the village (restaurants, bakery, post office, bookstore, grocery, pharmacy etc ..) accessible on foot.

You can have an aperitif and lunch on the terrace in the shade of a pergola, and enjoy a sunbath in the small fully private garden.

Ideal for couples with one or two children. starting point for excursions on the island.

Que du plaisir !

J'ai aimé vivre dans ce logement fidèle à la présentation. Beau, propre, confortable, agencement épuré, équipement de qualité. L'espace extérieur ombré et /ou ensoleillé qui prolonge le logement est fonctionnel et appréciable à tout moment. On accéde au lagon en 2mn par un petit chemin de sable qui arrive sur une plage magnifique sans fin. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir avec les spots de snorkeling trés riches et les ballades ou jogging sur le sable sur plusieurs km jusqu'à l'Ermitage ou les Brisants. C'est un emplacement idéal pour découvrir La Réunion , les randos , ou /et passer du temps sur la plage. Proximité de tous commerces et arret de bus. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, réactifs, et attentifs. merci ! ( PS : dans la salle de bain avec sa superbe ''grande'' douche à l'italienne , j'ai apprécié de trouver un miroir grossissant et un pèse-personne ! )
