About this property

Located in the beautiful Montmorenci area of Aiken, the apartment is 5 minutes to The Vista schooling area, 10 minutes to downtown Aiken restaurants and shops and 15 minutes to Bruce s Field. Quiet, upscale neighborhood with sand roads which are great for hacking on with your horses, or to go running and exploring on. Private, gated farm. Dogs are welcome but you must confirm with the Host before booking with animals.

Also we are close enough to Augusta to house people for Masters Week!

Beautiful location but dirty apartment

I found the apartment itself to not be very inviting. The setting and property is beautiful, but the apartment itself was very dirty. The floors looked to have never been mopped. The rug in one of the bedrooms was completely covered in dust and hairs. Lots of dirt in the corners.
