Chantilly Homes #843665 The residence at 6007 Lace Curtain Loop is not a single wide. Aiken County records reflect it is a stick built home. It is laid out with two master bedrooms and two master bathrooms with the living room, dining area and kitchen between. I know of no single wide ever built with that layout. The materials and method of construction are standard home construction and I have a building permit and receipts to prove that every piece of lumber, the windows,the ductless H/AC, the tankless hot water, the hardwood floors, the furniture and fixtures and the skilled craftsmen were purchased/paid by me and my wife and in involved a considerable investment. The residence is outfitted with satellite television, satellite Wi-Fi and with almost everything guests need to be comfortable during a short stay. My wife and I spent the better part of a day stripping two queen beds and a sofa of bedding, washing ironing, folding and replacing. We cleaned up where needed and a residence that was occupied by five adults for three days needed some upkeep. And we did this for $15.64 per adult per night. The residence was last occupied from September 8 to 11 by a young couple with two teen age boys in town for a soccer tournament. Their review with a five star rating is on this page. The residence nearby at 6007 Lace Curtain Loop is VRBO listing #912079 and was occupied at the same time by two guests who were in town attending an Art Show in Aiken. It was completed earlier this year and built by the same builder and laid out and decorated by the same designer. Those guests expressed great satisfaction and upon departure awarded us with five stars. Also on the six and one half acre site, we are building a third residence we will list for short term guests. Nearby is a construction trailer that provides office space for the builder, a break room and toilet facilities for the crew and some storage space where tools and equipment can be secured. The only communication I had was from Rebekah was a short acknowledgement when I sent directions and a call when she was approaching the residence so my wife could meet her. Upon arrival and first looking at the residence my wife was told by Rebekah “ This is very nice “. Rebekah’s group consisted of four women and one teen aged boy.
