Super convenient location, spotlessly clean, cozy, comfy beds, and the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host thought of everything!I loved being able to stroll across the street to the beautiful park with the dog while hubby played golf.
The Historic Cottage was exactly what we hoped it would be and perfect for our stay. Very clean home and owners were exceptional! The location was perfect for Hopeland Gardens and local restaurants. We would stay here again without hesitation!
Great central location. Perfect for dog walking in the gardens across the street. Home was very clean. Beds & pillows were very comfortable! Host was very kind to let us check in early when we needed to get our car into get fixed. We will definitely be back!
We all really enjoyed our stay. Red Top Cottage was nicely appointed, roomy, and the setting was wonderful. Best overnight business trip stay I have had in Aiken. We particularly loved the marvelous mid century modern oven!
Very comfortable cottage in a great location. Directly across the street from Hopeland Gardens and a 5 minute drive to downtown or to the Palmetto Golf Club and polo fields. Hope to return on our next trip to Aiken.
The cottage was very quaint, clean and well equipped. Our host supplied unnecessary extras like snacks, bottle of bubbly and even turn down chocolates on the comfy beds. Bathrooms were supplied with lots of extras and the fluffiest towels. Our host was an excellent communicator and made a list of activities and restaurant recommendations that I asked for and as very quick to get back. The gardens across the street were beautiful and a terrific walkthrough. The cottage is Very close to town so the location was great. There are 2 porches that you can sit on and relax and take in the relaxing atmosphere .i would stay here again as it was delightful.
My husband and I loved this cottage so much that we extended our stay! The cottage was much bigger than I thought and every room in the cottage was lovely. All VRBO hosts should be this thoughtful....there was coffee, snacks, a binder of restaurant recommendations as well as a bowl full of information about SC. I loved little touches like books placed in every room. One of our favorite mornings was when we drank our coffee while sitting in white rockers on the porch just chatting and watching the rain. This Historic Cottage is a must stay and whenever time allows we will be back!!
The Cottage was beautiful and well-appointed. We definitely felt like we were at home. It is located in a beautiful area, convenient to downtown. Every morning we were able to take a long walk through beautiful neighborhoods adjacent to downtown.
The house was great and even better with the kitchen on the other side of the house from the bedrooms; the "early risers" could enjoy coffee and morning talks without worrying about disturbing the others. Highly recommend!!!
