This well-maintained home offers a comfortable and peaceful stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. Well-behaved dog are welcome with no additional fee.
It is conveniently located near downtown Aiken and local golf and equestrian activities, and is approximately 23 miles from Augusta, with access to arts and culture, museums, festivals, outdoor recreation, shopping, and dining.
The home includes one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV, and high-speed (1 gig) Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
There are two full bathrooms, including one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combination.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, including cookware, dishes, and glassware. The dining area seats six.
The front porch offers rocking chairs and there is a private fenced backyard for enjoying time outdoors.
Driveway parking is available.

**Guests who check out on Sunday must roll trash bin to the curb. Guests who check out any other day must check if the bin is at the curb and empty, and if so, roll it back to its storage location.

• Start a load of used bath linens
Any wet items that do not fit, please drape over laundry basket to dry
**Set the thermostat to 78° for warm months or 68° for cool months
**Any furniture, décor, or kitchen items moved by guests should be returned to their original place
