Plan your perfect vacation getaway in one of, “ America ’s Happiest Seaside Towns”! Relax in the privacy of this 3 bedroom, coastal decorated, ranch style home located in a quiet residential neighborhood of the treasure coast. You’ll have what you need in the well equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meal unless of course you’d like to try one of the many close by restaurants or cafes. The dining room table seats 4 or 6 with leaf extension.

There are 2 wide screen TVs and WIFI , although we do hope you’ll put technology aside and enjoy all that the area has to offer. There are countless things to do for the young and the young at heart! Visit the nearby nearly 57 acre, Oceanographic Coast Center with hand’s on experiences, The Elliot Museum of art, history and technology, The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast, the Road to Victory Museum…. the list goes on!

The miles of peaceful beaches off Hutchinson Island are just a few minutes away waiting for you to come and shell hunt, take a dip in the warm, Atlantic waters or just sit and watch the waves and wildlife! We have chairs and beach towels for you to use as well. Also, you won’t want to miss visiting the Indian River Lagoon, housing the nations largest estuary!

Historic downtown Stuart is only about a mile and a half west where you can peruse the over 50 shops, cafes and galleries or stroll the boardwalk alongside the picturesque St. Lucie riverfront. On Sundays, rain or shine you’ll find the “Green Market” featuring fresh produce, flowers, honey, baked goods and more. There are also free outdoor concerts every Sunday Oct-May.

Stuart is the sailfish capital of the world and there is plenty of world class fishing in close proximity. If golf is your game there are several great courses in and around the town.

We hope you’ll enjoy our private, backyard pool and adjoining, screened-in Florida room when the outdoor temperatures allow. It’s a perfect place to have a cup of coffee or read a good book!

Great location. Nice neighborhood. Quiet and convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Clean house. Pool got dirty fast without cover. Enjoyed the enclosed porch. Loved ate neighborhood. Great place to walk.

All you need for a family stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful bungalow during our spring/March break vacation with our three boys. The house has all you need for a self-catering stay. It very close to the beaches and other attractions. We loved that it was in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the tourists hustle and bustle. We definitely recommend this place!

Spring break

It was a great central location for us. Not too far from anything. The teens enjoyed the pool and playing cards. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were visiting friends. We unfortunately did have unexpected visitors of mice in the screen room outside. The owner did say he would send someone out to set traps to take care of them right away.

My wife and I live in the mountains of Colorado. My wife is a native and I have been here for 51 years so you could call both of us natives at this point. We are preparing to retire in the next few months and doing some traveling will be on our agenda.

Why they chose this property

We have two daughters, one in Colorado and one in Florida and because we have grandchildren in both places it just made sense that we would want to spend time in both states. This home in Stuart is within a few minutes of our daughter and we enjoy being able to have a place of our own when we are in town to visit.
